Dennis J. Swart-Architecture LLC has been outstanding throughout two previous projects. We are about to embark on our third home design with Dennis, and couldn't be more excited. His ability to listen to clients and transform their ideas into reality is unmatched. Communication with all involved, myself (homeowner), engineers, local zoning and building officials, contractors and suppliers has been exceptional. Dennis has the creativity, as well as the sensibility to produce a design that not only meets our expectations aesthetically , but maintains usefulness throughout the home.

Dennis re-designed our 1925 stone home from the ground floor up, a complete gutting and renovation. He understood our vision for the home perfectly and designed the new portions of the home to blend perfectly with the historical aspects of the home. The house is jaw dropping gorgeous, thanks to Dennis and his amazing work.

Dennis Swart acted as our architect when we designed and built our new house on an Air Park, complete with airplane hangar. He worked with us closely, as we had very definite ideas as to what we wanted, especially the interior layout, and with our builder, Cape Coastal. This was not an easy design,because of the restricted site size and shape, and the incorporation of the hangar and garages to meet the HOA rules. We were really very pleased with the end result which met our expectations in all respects. We would definitely recommend Dennis for future major projects.

We were impressed with Dennis upon first meeting him and hired him to design an addition to our small Colonial home. He provided us with 2 options - a family room addition and a kitchen bumpout plus family room addition. We chose to build the larger addition. His design created an openness to our home and incorporated everything we wanted. We never could have come up with this floor plan on our own! His design knowledge is evident throughout. We could not be happier with our new space! He worked well with our contractor and was always available for any questions we had. The project took about 7 months to complete and came in close to our projected budget. It was a pleasure to work with Dennis and we highly recommend him to anyone considering using an architect.

My wife and I have used Dennis Swart, President of DJSA, on two projects. Dennis did an excellent job on both. He carefully listened to our needs and produced multiple sketches for consideration. He further tweaked the desired option until we were fully satisfied then developed the detailed plans. Dennis was readily available for any questions that arose during the construction process. My builder was thrilled with the clear detail and quality of construction specified in the plans. He even recommended DJSA to one of his customers who was seeking an architect. A relative was impressed by the outcome of our two projects and used Dennis to prepare plans for one of their new construction projects.

dennis designed and followed the construction of our house at duxbury beach. we found him easy to work with he had many good ideas for us but he always listened to any idea we had...he was are eyes during construction as we lived in new york...we would not be afraid to recomend him to anyone...we are always happy and proud to show off our home to anyone who is interested....marty federici
