Distinctive Countertops and Cabinetry

We had a great experience with the team at Distinctive Countertops and Cabinetry from start to finish. I got lots of help with picking out my countertop including taking home various samples to narrow down my choice. The communication was good along the way. We were impressed with Nick when he took all the measurements using his laser tools. The installation by Chad and Cody was impressive. They were courteous, helpful, hardworking, and went the extra mile for us. I liked the way they cleaned up along the way throughout the day. We love our new countertops. We would highly recommend this company.

We hired Distinctive to remove and replace the counter tops in our remodel project. Kerri was very pleasant and timely in getting information over to us, including a list of what we would need to have ready for them both on the template and the install, all of which we did have prepared for them. The installers were very nice and professional, they did have concerns about the very thin width of the soapstone between the edge of the counter and the cook top and the possibility that it would break, we were concerned about it as well. After they left we also found out the cook top now did not line up correctly with the vent ducting below, the same cook top and venting that was there previously and worked fine. The short version of what happened next is we were told "its a remodel, you should expect to have problems" we were left to fix the cook top problems, they did reluctantly offer to come back out to try to put some support under the thin area in front of the cook top, we were not confident in the solution they offered there to protect it from breaking so again we are left to find a solution to that as well. We felt very much like we are a one time job and a homeowner and our business did not matter, I would never use them again on any project, especially if you are remodeling....the after the sale and install service left us very frustrated and a very bad taste in our mouth about this business.

From beginning to end this was a perfectly executed project. My kitchen was from the 70's! Now it is updated and beautiful. I was led through a design process that took my wishes into consideration and finished with a beautiful and higher storage capacity space. The installation team is courteous and clean and very respectful. Every individual at Distinctive is great to work with! Stop by and take a look and you'll be hooked. If I ever move, Distinctive will be my "go to" for a remodeled kitchen.

Heather was terrific to work with...I'm looking forward to working with Heather and Distinctive again. The installers showed up when they were supposed to and did a very nice job.

A granite bathroom counter top installed. The work was done on time as scheduled with no problems, perfect fit. Excellent work and very professional.

Extremely professional. Your employees know what they are doing, and are very loyal to you They forgot to put the dishwasher stop in but that is ok as i am going to buy a new dishwasher anyway
