They came out and replaced the motor. I couldn’t get my garage door open, and i called them because they had dome some work for us before and they said that they couldn’t get a technician out until Sunday. But they came first thing Monday. They were very efficient and timely! He was very quick and explained everything he was doing to the motor. And he actually helped me with my other home that I own. He explained that the censor was off and I was able to fix it all by myself! I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends hands own.

I had a new 7 x 16 foot insulated door installed. I did my research ahead of time and chose DGD based on positive reviews and competitive pricing. My experience with DGD was both professional and friendly. W hen I needed to reschedule their install due to my schedule they were most accommodating. They replaced some of the rollers on our garage door, he adjusted the springs, the actual garage door opener itself, and some other equipment as well. The job was done in a timely manner and the technician was very good, and that particular day everything seemed to work fine, but now it seems that the parts they replaced make more noise then before they came out. Nothing is wrong with the garage door, but it just makes a lot of noise when it opens and closes.

We replaced our garage door back in July of 2016. We decided to go with Discount Garage Doors. They were very polite, knowledgable, clean, and quick. We were very pleased from the start to every time we park in the garage. We spent about 3-4 years not able to use the garage door because it was such a mess, and we finally hired discount garage doors and now we couldn't be happier.

I worked with Discount Garage Doors back in June of 2016. They came out to install a garage door mechanism, and they did a great job. He was really professional, and they were in an out in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend or family member, and i even still have their number just in case.

DGD has been servicing my garage doors for the past couple years and the serviceman is very professional, courteous, attentive and does a great job . When I have an issue with one of my garage doors and request service they are here promptly and their prices are fair. I highly recommend this business and believe the gentleman who did my work each time was Matt. I apologize if I'm not remembering his name correctly .

Rob Bowen was the sales person that arrived to provide the door replacement quote. Immediately I found that he was very professional and quickly went about his work asking me questions about what my needs were and what I expected from his company. Rob provided me with a very detailed estimate and reviewed it in detail and solicited any questions that I might have. I received 3 other quotes and by far Rob was the most detailed, professional, personal and customer service oriented. Because of Rob I selected DGD to replace my garage door. I also worked with Allison to complete the paper work and schedule the install date. Allison was a pleasure to work with and she kept me apprised in regards to the install and payment schedule. Corey, the installer, arrived on time on the date scheduled. Corey was very personable and he went to work upon arrival and completed the removal & replacement in the time as stated by Allison & Rob. We had a minor cosmetic issue (dent in one of the door panels) that was quickly resolved with a call to Allison. No hassle customer service! After the install Linda Krumholtz contacted me to explain and arrange the county inspection to validate & approve the install, which went off without any issues. This is a very professional company and I would use them again and recommend them to family, friends and other home owners in my association. The only way they could receive higher praise would be if they served cheese, crackers and a nice bottle of wine! Kudos for a job well done by the entire DGD staff, you have a lot to be proud of.
