As a general contractor, I have employed Designer Floors on many projects ranging rom spec buildings to high end remodels, I rely on Kevin Dixson and his team for high quality work at a fair price and an ability to keep to my schedule. Kevin and his team at Designer Floors, Inc. were fantastic from start to finish in refinishing the floors before we moved into our new home. We had been given Kevin's name by the property manager of my parents' apartment building, and her recommendation was absolutely spot-on. The initial quote was quite reasonable, and although the amount of time and work that they put into the project exceeded their initial estimate, there was never any hint about needing to reprice the job. There were two sections of floor which required repair, and these were both accomplished seamlessly, where the repaired sections are now indistinguishable from the rest of the floor. In consultation with Kevin, we chose slightly contrasting colors for the two woods used upstairs, and we could not be happier with the way they turned out. Quality workmanship, beautiful results, and all with a group that was friendly, professional, and on-time every day. It doesn't get any better, or easier, than the entire experience we had with Kevin and his team. Great job!!
