Jaime with Parkland kitchen & bath was absolutely amazing & I would recommend her & her talented team without reservation. We did full renovations of two bathrooms in our home earlier this year; both with completely different themes. Jaime was exceptionally good at understanding our vision for both bathrooms & helped turn our visions and dreams into reality. Both bathrooms came out beautiful & we cannot be happier. All of her contractors were TOP NOTCH and were friendly, punctual, detail oriented & trustworthy. Tony, who did all of the tile & grout work in both bathrooms was absolutely amazing!! The tile & grout in both bathrooms came out so beautiful because Tony Was very detail oriented, took his time, yet was efficient, & was very experienced at this type of work. Additionally, Eduardo, who did many jobs with our bathroom project Including the demolition in both bathrooms, was meticulous about all the work he did. Whether it was installing cabinetry, demolition & removing all the garbage and debris, or all the other odds and ends & final touches he put on both bathrooms, Eduardo was a pleasure to work with & did great work. My husband & I are very happy with how both bathrooms came out & all of our guests love and enjoy using them. If you’re looking for somebody great to help you with your next bathroom remodel, definitely use JAIME with Parkland kitchen and bath. We are so happy we chose her to help us carry out this project!

We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen thanks to Jaime and Parkland Kitchen and Bath. We found her on Houzz and interviewed several other General Contractors. We ultimately hired Jaime and we are glad we did. She was extremely helpful with implementing our vision and bringing it to life. Her design recommendations tied everything together well. Her creativity, knowledge and experience were essential to creating the ultimate kitchen. Our kitchen isn’t a standard shaped kitchen and she helped us overcome several obstacles. We had to trench and move plumbing in order to have the island that we wanted. However, our current floor tile that ran through almost the entire house was no longer in production. She solved our dilemma by creating a design on the floor with the only left over tile we had and it worked out perfectly. Thus, saving us a ton of time and money by not having to redo our entire floor tile. We also wanted an oversized island and many of the slabs didn’t come in the size we needed. Jaime came through and found a unique slab that became the highlight of our kitchen. Working with a general contractor with her sense of style proved to be helpful through the process. She listened to us and provided great ideas. Jaime also provided feedback when choosing our furniture and found unique lighting solutions. We appreciated her attention to detail and flexibility throughout the process. She was reliable and our project was completed in a timely manner. Jamie Rapp is a great designer and a wonderful listener. She listened to everything we wanted and everything we didn't want. When we were unsure she gave us lots of ideas to choose from. She's easy to work with and we'll be hiring her again! She also comes with a wide range of top level craftspeople. Her tile expert, Tony, came in and was a dream to work with! He's a perfectionist and our tile has already received tons of compliments!

We did a complete remodel, which included knocking down walls, moving plumbing and electric, and creating a whole new footprint for our kitchen. Jaime's eye for design was amazing. Her attention to detail really made the difference. Whether it was the shape of cabinet doors, the positioning of appliances, or the defining of our new space from floor to ceiling, Jaime helped to make our kitchen look spectacular yet stay functional and practical. I met Jaime through a referral at work. Jaime was my top choice immediately. Our family had bought a home in old Plantaion. The house had been built in the 1960's. Enen though the home had been updated through the years, a more cohesive look was needed. Jaime understood my needs, budget, and likes and dislikes immediately. We now have the most beautiful kitchen and family room. We also had a bathroom redone. New floors were placed. House was painted. When we renovate the master bath plus add another bathroom, Jaime will be asked again to design. Jaime is amazing!

We are so happy with our gorgeous kitchen that Jaime (Parkland Kitchen & Bath) has designed for us. She was very patient with us when my husband and I disagreed on specific ideas and helped us agree on something we both liked. We did run into a few snags which were not the fault of Jaime's but the cabinet company. Jaime was able to smoothly get everything taken care of and kept the progress of the kitchen going. Her contractors were wonderful and we felt comfortable enough to leave them alone in our home while they were working. Her cabinet installer was very professional and was able to do anything we requested. He was even able to make our existing crown molding flow into the newer one. We have gotten so many compliments on our kitchen...it has exceeded our expectations.

From the first time Jaime walked into my home, she made me feel comfortable with not only her extensive knowledge of kitchen design, but her desire to give me exactly what I wanted with my kitchen. She was a great project manager and an essential part of this project. Her knowledge of vendors and contractors was invaluable as you can easily get bogged down by too many options. My designer Jaime Rapp did an outstanding kitchen remodeling for us. My kitchen is AMAZING, my faucet is motion detected, my outlets are under the cabinets (not exposed) and my island has a pop up outlet with chargers for iPhone/pad. I highly recommend Jaime for her extraordinary design talents, attention to detail and her enthusiastic personality. Jaime coordinated two separate home remodelings for us in Weston Florida. The first project was a complete remodeling of the kitchen, four bathrooms, family room and four bedrooms. The second project was one year later, which was a rental property including the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Her ability to either completely redo or modify existing rooms is a great skill. During each project she was able to modify existing plans when called for in a very pleasant fashion. Design is not her only great strength.
