I would give zero stars if possible. The aftercare customer service is abysmal. Tiles are nice but I was given over 20% too many tiles based on incorrect measurent from plans Delforno did, and have been trying to get engagement from them in cork for over two months and hitting a blank wall. I have never in all my years dealt with such poor customer service. Avoid spending your money here.

Avoid!! Delforno Sold End of Stock Tiles. Terrible After Sales Service. Do not let DelForno’s impressive showroom fool you, we spent over €22,000 on expensive tiles and sanitary ware, but their after sales service is abysmal. When we had 80% of the main entrance hall laid the Tiler identified that we received two completely different tiles from DelForno; different colors, different suppliers, and different packaging. See the image comparing the different tiles. After weeks of chasing Paul and James, I was left with no other option but to purchase tiles from a different store and have the Tiler lift and replace the floor. This cost €4,500 which was in addition to €2,300 for the tiles from Delforno. When I communicated this to Paul and James they insisted the tiles were the same. Additionally, DelForno’s no refund policy resulted in over €1,000 of sanitary ware that either did not fit or suit, see image. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, thankfully this is the only vendor that we had an issue with during the build, but this experience and the additional financial cost has had a huge impact on us so we wanted to warn others.

Great range but very bad customer service. We placed a large order with them and when they were delivered one type of tile was missing. Only informed of this by the driver. Numerous phone calls later and still no update on when missing tile will be delivered. Would not recommend
