Made in the Shade Blinds of Placer County

Called Made In The Shade and Dean called back, set up an appointment, measured, ordered and came out and installed the shutters we wanted. They looked wonderful and the install was professional, quick, and clean. Dean had great knowledge in advising on style, fit and color, I must say they fit, and blend nice with the decor and walls. Thank you Dean for a superior job all around. I would not hesitate to call Made In The Shade Place County for my window coverings!

Our east-facing family room got significantly hotter after we removed the patio cover. After much searching we found that Made in the Shade could install solar blinds. I selected a weave that prevents 90% of the sun's rays, but we can still see outside just fine; I didn't want to be in a dark room just to keep out the sun. Dean, one of the owners, helped us design how to keep the solar shades down, but still be able to go in/out of the house through the sliding door (which we do a lot). The installer was very conscientious in hanging the blinds so that they rolled up/down correctly. Since purchasing these blinds in February 2015, I used Made in the Shade twice more for additional rooms. I've met both the owners and appreciate their integrity and work.
