Joseph Primiano is a Principal Architect at Primiano Architecture. He is licensed in the state of New Jersey, along with New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Virgina, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. He is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) in Newark, New Jersey. At NJIT, Joseph acquired his Bachelor's of Architecture. While in college, he was enrolled in the Albert Dorman Honors College and also undertook a dual-degree program for his Masters in Management. In an effort to further his education in the profession of Architecture, Joseph attends seminars, conventions, and meetings regarding Architecture in today's society and also the possibilities of the future. It is of the utmost importance to stay up to date with the newest building and construction codes as well as the leading edge of today's building and design technologies. Joseph is a member of the East Windsor Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Central Jersey Code Officials Association. Joseph also has his New Jersey real estate license.

I called Joseph Primiano (Priming Architecture) who answered my call immediately and I explained the issue that I was dealing with in my new addition (township requirement). Joe was extremely helpful in explaining the options I had and in the end was able to come to my home the same day to perform an onsite inspection of framing in the crawl space of the addition. In addition, Joe was able to provide me with a letter that I need to submit to my township the same day as well. Joe is incredibly knowledgable and has been extremely helpful during this entire phase of my addition. He is professional, responsive and produces great quality of work. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family. This is my first time dealing with an architect and working with Joe and his team has been a great experience.

Joe did the 3D renderings of our house in 2017. We are very happy with the the his creativity and the vision. Working with Joe was a pleasure. Amazing result!

Primiano Architecture was recommended by a friend in the business and they have met or exceeded all of our expectations, to the point that we have engaged them for a second project. The first project was an extensive outdoor living space and the second is an attached 3 car garage with secondary entry, mud rm, laundry rm, and master suite on the second floor. Joe is a knowledgeable and talented architect who worked with us on design to insure that our needs/wants were met and provided suggestions and solutions to insure a great design both structurally and esthetically. Professional, timely, and fairly priced - highly recommend!

I worked with Joseph on plans for a custom house from a blank slate. The Primiano Architecture team was great with designing and coming up with ideas to accommodate all my wants for the project. They exceeded my expectations and incorporated great solutions that I haven't thought of. Joseph also attended a township meeting in which he answered all of the board members questions in order to obtain a variance and get the permits needed to start the project. They are very responsive and answered all my e-mails, questions and provided guidance along the way, I would highly recommend Primiano Architecture and absolutely contract them for any future projects.

I have worked with a joke on many projects as a contractor. He is always been easy to work with in getting through the permit process as well as customer modifications to existing plans. We've been so happy within that we hired him to build our own home and has been wonderful throughout the whole process. I couldn't ask for a nicer more professional individual. At is Home Office his staff is all very knowledgeable and diligent in pursuing even the smallest of details. I just can't say enough about the professionalism displayed by his architecture firm

We hired Primiano Architecture to design an addition for our house. We had no experience dealing with an architect or doing a home improvement project of this magnitude. Primiano Architecture was recommended to us by an acquaintance. From our first meeting with Joe we knew he was the right person. He was honest, intelligent and most importantly he listened and made suggestions. It was a true partnership. Joe worked closely with us throughout design, township approval, choosing a contractor and final approval. We could not be any happier with how the project turned out. I would give Primiano Architecture 4 out 4 stars and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for an architect.
