David Rogers Homes is a family owned and operated business with deep roots in West Texas. Since its inception in 1987 David Rogers Homes has built over 1,000 homes for families in and around the Lubbock area. David Rogers Homes has become one of Lubbock's most trusted home builders by adhering to some simple, yet very important principles. At David Rogers Homes, we realize that building a new home is a very personal decision. While remaining one of Lubbock's largest builders, we still maintain the flexibility necessary for you to personalize your new home to fit your individual needs and lifestyle. There are no standard floor plans that cannot be altered or option lists with only limited selections. Our floor plans and options are limited only by your imagination. This allows us to offer you much more flexibility than tract builders. We also realize that providing the highest level of customer service takes a staff of dedicated professionals. From our in-house sales staff, to the construction manager, construction superintendents to our full-time warranty department, we are all committed to making building your new home an exciting and rewarding experience.

Landon’s attentive and kind demeanor made buying a David Roger’s home so enjoyable. He was great to work with and made sure everything was perfect for us to move in. We absolutely love our new home.

We've built several homes in Lubbock over the years and have never had a better experience than we did with Landon at David Rogers Homes. From the very first meeting, Landon gave us his full attention and listened to all our requests. He helped us design it from a blank sheet of paper and gave us a lot of suggestions based on the vision we had in mind. The process was almost seamless from start to finish and he was spot on with the estimated timeline and budget. We had no surprises or unexpected up-charges. The entire process was basically stress-free and that can be accounted to Landon's knowledge and preparation in the process. We would highly recommend David Rogers Homes for your next home build!

Landon did amazing. I felt like he listened to us and addressed all our needs. He kept us updated and was always available to address any concerns we had. Our home is well built and it’s everything we could have wished for. I also have to commend Landon on helping us coordinate projects externally like landscaping. Landon knows the home building business and I would do it all again with him. The only thing I would like to mention was toward the end the project things were a little rushed and the quality showed. For example, many places need touch up pant and the grout in places was poorly done.

We had such a great experience with David Rogers the first time, we decided to build our second house with them as well. Landon and the team at David Rogers were great to work with. They listened to us, let us make adjustments to the plan and let us make the home our own. They made great recommendations that elevated our home to the next level. The quality of craftsmanship, the level of finishes all came together in Ana amazing home. Highly recommend

David Rogers Homes built our new home in Brooke Heights this year, and we are absolutely in love! From the planning phases, throughout the entire build, and now months after we’ve moved in - they have gone above and beyond our expectations! Landon does a wonderful job and has astounding customer service! He answered all our questions throughout the build, and continues to help us with even the smallest of things with warranty information, repairs, etc.! We also previously lived in a David Rogers home, before our new build, and we cannot say enough about the quality of their homes! If we ever build again, we would gladly choose David Rogers every time!!! Thank you, Landon, for everything! Your customer service is beyond measure!!!! Kelsey & Eric Launer

I am very happy with my new home built by David Rogers Homes. My sales representative, Landon Hale, was excellent to work with and helped me plan the home and make sure it was built well and to my specifications. He also really tried to find affordable options when some of my choices were not available due to shipping and supply chain problems. I would highly recommend Landon and David Rogers Homes, they and their teams do excellent work.
