David helped us create 4 room dividers on wheels - made using tall silver birch posts within tall grey planters on wheels. They are a stylish, flexible way of dividing up our bed showroom space. Built to a very high standard and delivered on time.

We ordered a pole for use as a bannister/stair rail. It took over 3 months from the date of me paying to me receiving my order. During these 3 months, it was myself who had to constantly chase for updates. At no point were the Little Log Company proactive in keeping me informed. On a positive note, when I spoke to Bridget and David, they were always polite and friendly, however unfortunately this only goes so far when the customer service is lacking. The item itself is merely 'Ok'. Certainly not worth the money spent. It looks nice enough - a little too much varnish/coating in certain areas and far more cracks on one end of the log than I had expected. The delivery driver opened a section of the packaging and and showed me about 3 inches of the item when he took it off his van. I mentioned the cracks and he told me this was normal - so what do I know? Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but it doesn't look very nice at that end of the pole. The opposite end looks nicer - but still just 'OK'. They must have surely known that that I was unhappy with the level of service (after all they've received multiple phone calls, voicemails, text messages and unanswered emails from me), I have had no follow up call or email to see whether I was satisfied. Sadly I don't think I will be using them again, which is a shame as I need a number of other natural wood/log items. Overall, a somewhat average product from a company with poor service and non-existent communication skills.

I placed an order for the peeled/sanded logs for my fireplace. After waiting 4 months the logs never arrived. After sending 2 emails, I get a response indicating a delay of 2 weeks. After several emails and several weeks later, I get another email stating they moved and the order will ship in 1 week and I will be advised when shipped. 2 months has since passed and I've neither heard nor received order. My emails are being ignored even after requesting reimbursement and supervisor intervention. The website is down. this may have been a scam as it is overseas.This company is unprofessional and has terrible customer service. I would not recommend at all. I just want my money back and may have to seek legal counsel. I wouldn't give any stars, but put one in order to complete review.
