I called Jim Hardin to give me an estimate for concrete curbing at my residence in the fall of 2016. He came out the same day and gave a written estimate. I called him back a few days later and left a message for him put me on the schedule to do the work. I waited several days and called again and left a message. He called me backed and said he would be out to do the work the following week. Today is February 9, 2017 and have not heard from him yet.
