Creative Kitchens has 60 years as a full service remodeling firm that specializes in kitchen and bath renovations. They have been featured in Woman’s Day Kitchens and Baths magazine and are a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association. They have three West Virginia showrooms (Huntington, Hurricane and Lewisburg) serving West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky. We remodeled the master bath. Christine was very helpful as our designer; it was hard for us to have a vision of what materials would work best and she really pulled it together. The folks who installed the bathroom over 5 weeks were just terrific. We would pop in and ask questions or ask for something to be done and they made it happen! Very nice people to have around. I have used CK before and would do it again. Best game in town.

I visited the Lewisburg showroom twice before having Cindy out to measure our kitchen for a complete remodel. Everything went smoothly, we seemed to really understand each other and what I wanted done. She said it would be a week before we could take a look at any mock-ups of the kitchen. That was fine. Two weeks passed and she never called so I called and was told the CAD department was slow, ok. Two more weeks and still nothing. I called a second time and was told it was almost done and that “she would be able to invite us to the showroom very soon” to review everything. That was two months ago. She has never called me. I totally understand all construction fields are backed up, I went into this project expecting it to be a 6 month ordeal. All she had to say was: this is a realistic timeframe for our work, but instead she ghosted me.

We had a full kitchen remodel and are so very pleased with the end result. Everyone was friendly and professional. The installers would even let our dog out in the backyard during the day. We knew what we wanted and they were great to work with, even when I said I wanted a plate rack above the sink in front of the window and they were unsure about it. They custom built it and that’s my favorite part of the kitchen.

I had my kitchen updated with new countertops, removal of an eating area which was replaced with cabinets for storage, adjustments on an island, and a backsplash installed.

Designers and construction crew did everything we asked them to do. We are extremely pleased with the finished project. They went above and beyond our expectations with quality work. What I liked most was their attentiveness to detail and their follow up to make sure we were satisfied. They also worked within our limited budget for solutions. We will recommend their work to all of our friends, neighbors and associates.

They done an excellent job on our counters and backsplash. First time seeing concrete counters, they are beautiful . They helped with choosing paint colors and flooring. Next year we will do our master bath and they will be involved.

Total remodel of one of our bathrooms. Can’t say enough great things about the team at Creative!! From start to finish they took care of every detail. Fantastic work, we LOVE our new bathroom and look forward to having our kitchen done in near future. Thanks Guys and Gals !!!

We chose Creative Kitchens for our kitchen project because they completed a large project for us two years before that included totally remodeling our two bathrooms. We were pleased with the bathrooms and then decided to update our kitchen. From design to completion we were satisfied with everything.

We recently enlarged and remodeled our main bathroom. Creative Kitchen's staff worked with us to design and order our cabinets. They were excellent to work with in deciding on the type of cabinet, the color and the hardware. We are very pleased with the outcome. We could not have purchased our cabinets from any box store because they are a unique design to fit our space. We are very pleased with the new bathroom.

Robb Stepp and his crew do an amazing job. They remodeled three bathrooms for us. We were told what to expect each day and it was accurate. The workers were very meticulous and clean beyond expectation. We are very happy with the quality of their work.
