We went with Craftsmen's Guild for a room addition and remodel in the bay area. We were more than pleased with going with them! They were very easy to work with and they accommodated us with our changes and budget. They kept their word on their pricing til the very end. We were also very pleased that they completed the job ahead of their estimated time frame, and was very pleased that they were able to get the permit to begin construction in a very reasonable time vs what we originally expected!

We recently (early half of 2018) completed a full remodeling of our house with Craftsmen's Guild Inc . It was a more than one year long big project. We are very happy with the accomplishment and the close relationship with Craftsmen’s team, especially with the management team and the designer. They are very experienced, for example, in working and anticipating issues with the city. They are honest, serious about things they do. They are open to our suggestions, opinions but also know how to persuade us, guide us given we are inexperienced in house remodeling. They also warned us about possible unexpected things during project, which was reasonable as we found out by ourselves. Overall, we feel very happy that the biggest project in our life was completed successfully and roughly within the expected timeline. It was a huge improvement of living quality.

Originally, I did a full house remodeling in 2006 with Craftsmen's Guild Inc including 2 bathrooms, a new laundry room, and a kitchen. The project included taking out popcorn ceilings, refinishing all the wall corners, re-piping the whole house, adding a gas line to the fire place, crown moldings, upgrading insulation, adding a bar, eliminating windows, adding new bay windows, changing all the other windows and doors including the entry door, refinishing the garage, redoing the driveway, stucco the exterior, and much more. I was working with a very tight budget and they delivered everything I asked for ON TIME and under budget! Couldn't have asked for a better contractor. They are definitely a one stop shop. I only wish that I had a bigger budget and had listened to Mike (the head architect) to do what he had recommended, but I didn't (my big mistake), and they still worked with me to give me what I had requested! Later, I used them to install a Gazebo in my backyard, and a few other smaller projects. I would definitely give them a 5+ and happily recommend them to any of my friends and family.

We remodeled (almost 90% rebuilt from the ground up) our house with CraftsMen's Guild. They worked on our project from the design phase to the finish. The entire team was very friendly to work with and were pretty proficient in their areas. Roya helped us with the interior design and landscape planning; and she was very helpful with selecting the right finishes in every aspect of the interior design ranging from wall colors, kitchen design, flooring, plumbing finish etc. She also helped us with the landscape planning and carefully selected several ideas that matches the design of the house. We had very strong ideas on what we wanted in the house and she was able to work with us keeping our personal tastes and budget in mind at every juncture. Mike did the architecture and Matt did the engineering and build part of the project. They were very thorough with their areas and also helped us get the necessary permits, ensure that the build was done to code and handle the inspections. Matt is particularly careful that the design and construction is built to last long. I would take away half a point (if I could) only because we felt they could have been a bit more organized with project updates. But we are very happy with the end product and wouldn't change anything. We have already recommend them to some of our friends who were looking to remodel; and will surely recommend them to others as well.

We did a massive remodel...moved our kitchen, added a new great room, remodeled our dining and living rooms...and CGI was outstanding to work with from beginning to end. I have heard from many friends the horror stories of remodeling and we did not have a single issue. From project design, through the build and finish stages everything was outstanding. Both Matt and Mike were so patient and understanding of our every need....especially since we lived in during the entire process with 2 small children. The kids looked forward to the CGI team arriving every morning and by the time they were done they were practically family! Finally, Roya. I don't know what I would have done without Roya's design expertise and guidance. She takes the time to listen and understand what you are looking for and then comes up with ideas I never would have thought of. She worked tirelessly to find flooring, paint, slabs and tiles she know I would like. She made this normally stressful process easy because she knew exactly what I wanted. Overall our project was fabulous and we love our remodel!

Through a clever design, by moving a couple walls and adding less than 200 sq ft, the Craftsmen Guild came up with a great way to bring a 1964 vintage home into the 21st century by creating a fantastic Great Room. We are extremely pleased and love the final product!! We would highly recommend them. They handled the design, the construction, and greatly assisted in the selection of appliance, cabinet, and interior design elements. Although we had surprises, with termites, etc., they met their construction costs.

Roya was excellent in helping us decided on so many things that helped complete the new addition that Craftsman Guild had built for us last year. It's always so overwhelming to look through thousands of samples of tiles, bathroom fixtures, cabinets, etc... Roya really made it a pleasure, as she took us to great companies, and helped to make our new finished rooms look like a million dollars. We are so happy with the choices and the ease of making them. She is a great asset to the Craftsman Guild, and are forever greatful for her expertise. Fantastic Design and Build company! We worked with Craftsmen's Guild on two separate occasions. We couldn't have been happier with Mike and his team. From the very beginning of our first project we were extremely impressed by his professionalism, and his creative designs. Craftsmen's Guild helped transform our small 1400 sf Silicon Valley track home into a stunning, spacious dream home. We got compliments on our home even from perfect strangers passing by. We sold the house 7 years after remodeling at the highest price for our neighborhood. Working with Craftsmen's Guild was such a wonderful experience that we decided to work with them for remodeling of our new house. Not only do they represent high integrity, they bring a level of design and creativity to the project that is unmatched by any other builder.
