Cody and Co does it all! A 3 month renovation that touched the floors, walls and ceilings of every single room in our home was executed professionally and on time. Cody's talent as a designer is exceptional. Every aspect - structure, light, layout, colour, fixtures, furniture..... Cody brings it all together as a coherent whole and the result is absolutely beautiful. On the practical side Cody and Co bring a skilled and disciplined team with them. Renovations are stressful, Co and Co take the stress from you. I would recommend Co and Co for large, complex renovations without reservation.

After our first meeting with Cody and Co. we knew we had chosen the perfect person and team to help us with our home renovation. Cody took the time to get to know us and help us with planning our renovation, her talent with interior design and suggestions for home improvements helped us bring our dream of a new home alive. It is obvious that Cody loves what she does and takes pride in her work; this, combined with Matt's diverse skills & craftsmanship, makes this couple an amazing team producing superior renovations and exquisite interior designs. They are both professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Cody provided detailed quotes within budget and the project was completed within the projected time line. Our renovation consisted of the main floor (kitchen, dining room, living room, media room, office and powder room) as well as new windows, insulation upgrade and complete exterior makeover. Coming home every day was a treat as we watched the metamorphosis and were treated to daily updates. We are overjoyed with the results of their expertise and highly recommend this dynamic duo if you are considering any type of renovation. Thank you Cody and Matt.

Cody and Co. were an excellent company to work with. They were very efficient and completed our basement project within weeks. We are amazed and absolutely love the finished product. We truly valued Cody's design input, she made choosing the finish and details very easy. We also appreciated how Matt worked around our family life, and would usually wait to start work until after we were all out of the house for the day. They were thoughtful and respectful of any concerns we had along the way! Cody and Matt take great pride in their work and we will certainly use them for any future projects we have in mind.

Cody remodeled our kitchen into a modern farmhouse, helping bring my love of the farm into the city. The job was completed quickly, in just over a week. The finished project is gorgeous! I hired Cody & Co. to do a major renovation of our kitchen, master bedroom, master bathroom & walk-in closet, powder room and living room. Cody & Co. was a referral from a friend of mine who used them for their home renovation. I loved how Cody used her design skills to put my ideas of the renovation into a visual; she brought my ideas to life with her own creative flare. She listened to my concerns and really seemed to know what I would like. I loved that Cody and Matt worked as a team to design and bring to life our new home. Matt's work is meticulous, tidy and creative. Cody & Matt were very mindful of our space and needs during the renovation which I really appreciated. Cody & Matt have found their passion in life and truly it's a gift to receive their work. The energy in our newly renovated home is so expansive and beautiful. Cody & Co. did a beautiful job with our renovation and I would highly recommend their company to anyone who is wanting to renovate their home. I have hired them already to do a few more jobs around our home. Honestly, I could have never of imagined that my home would have turned out as beautiful as it did! I love it!

It was so wonderful experiencing our renovation with Cody and co! This was our first time renovating, and Cody made it happen with ease and grace. She has the most amazing eye for seeing how it all should be laid out and you can really tell she loves what she does. It was a huge transformation and it looks amazing! I know we could have not done it without her. Our whole main floor ties in with the renovation and it looks and feels amazing. Thank you for all of your hard work, workmanship and love for what you do! We will be using you again 100%!

I am absolutely pleased and stunned to see what kind of dedication and enthusiasm Cody and her partner Matt have for this company. I was completely over my head with a renovation of this magnitude (my first real renovation) and she came in with all of the help, information, keen eye for detail, and attitude that did nothing but wow us the entire way through! My favorite line upon first talking to her and telling her my problem was "Anything can be fixed. We just have to determine how." Inspiring words! I let her choose the color scheme and the unique design to fit my personality and the result was stunning! I highly recommend her company to anybody and everybody. Hard work like that should be rewarded everyday! Thank you again, Cody and Matt! I can not wait to work with you again in the future. They have found a loyal client in me, for sure!

Cody and Matt really have it together: design & décor savvy, budget and time-line efficiency, and hands-on detailed professional finishing. They're extremely ethical, accessible, and FUN to work with! I had a property that wasn't selling. After Cody and Matt completed the 'right' updates and staged the home, it sold to the first Buyers through the door! They completed a top-to bottom renovation on my Revenue condo which included opening up a wall, adding a new Kitchen and Bath, Fixtures, Flooring and more, while working within the rules & hours permitted by the Board. This old apartment became a terrific 'magazine' make-over! I've watched them take out walls, design rooftop additions and completely transform homes-some almost beyond saving-with amazing results. On a limited timeline and budget Cody & Co. did a beautiful job on my main suite bathroom. Cody took my ideas of a traditional bathroom with a modern edge and with her vision brought it to life.
