Coastal Home Renovations

From start to finish, this was a excellent job! Pavel was a tremendous help with the design of our bathroom. I had my own design and specifications. Pavel made suggestions and design changes that made the project perfect and far met , or exceeded my specs and expectations. Iwona handles ordering all of the materials and coordinates the deliveries. She is excellent in keeping you informed from beginning to end. This was truly and great experience! We will use Coastal Home Renovations again when we have more work to do! They are a class act from start to finish.

We had a bath remodel in our condo at Sandpiper Bay, Sunset Beach and we live full time in Charlotte, N.C. The initial design and planning was actually done on a Sunday at the condo. They took care of ordering all material and the job was started on the date promised. The communications with Iwona and Pavel were excellent and many decisions made via email / text since we live out of town. We were kept informed of the progress via pictures. The tile work was excellent, shower stall with tile to the ceiling, bench seat, glass tile inlay, etc. Floor tile was also excellent. Only thing needing touch-up was few places on the painted walls that previously had wallpaper. They were quick to get the touch- up done. Everyone was great to work with and we definitely would use Coastal Home Renovations in the future. Cost also came in right on the budget.

Complete kitchen renovation. Received quotes from 3 different companies, including a big box with design/ construction capabilities. Chose CHR because they were very professional & cost competitive. They were easy to work with, managed the project very professionally & stayed on schedule. We were very pleased with the final results and would certainly use CHR again if we have an appropriate project

Coastal Home Renovations renovated 2 bathrooms for us. They were very professional, had a supervisor on site to oversee the work. One bathroom required moving plumbing, tiled walk in shower, granite countertop with 2 sinks, and tiled floor. Second bathroom replaced a fiberglass shower with a larger tiled shower and tiled floor. They were very good to work with, gave a specific estimate and stayed within budget. They were very good to work with and would recommend them.

Coastal home renovations remodeled our beach condo kitchen and a bathroom. We live a few hours away, so we we’re not on site during the renovations. Paval and Iwona were wonderful to work with. They kept in touch by texting photos of the work as it was being completed. Any questions we had were quickly answered. The work was done in a timely fashion. We couldn’t be more pleased. If we decide to remodel any other projects, we will certainly call Coastal Home Renovations.

My kitchen cabinets and mosiac backsplash are beautiful! Pavel and his crew arrived on time and went right to work. They even cleaned up after themselves. Iwona handled all my scheduling and got the crew out in a timely matter. If you are looking for quality workmanship, I would definitely recommend this Company. I will hire them again when I have remodeling needs!

Very professional, great quality of work. Iwona has great design ideas and Pavel does quality construction. And they completed the job on time at a reasonable price.

A kitchen was remolded. It is a small space and the design gave me much added room. it was not well lighted and additional lighting opened the look of the space. White cabinets with black granite look modern and bright. The workmanship is exceptional. The owners are personable and were anxious to complete the project to my satisfaction.

First, we want to say that the ENTIRE renovation was done while we were out of town! Iwona and Pavel are so professional and trustworthy! After COMPLETE demo of every cabinet, flooring, bath fixtures, lighting, window treatments, etc...they got to work right away. They tiled ALL the floors - this required leveling compound and choosing grout colors. They painted every wall, ceiling, and all doors and trim. Iwona found us the exact kitchen cabinets we wanted. The kitchen was a huge project in itself. They had to take out everything, including the ugly fluorescent light. Pavel designed a new canned light layout for us. They installed quartz countertops, kitchen sink, under cabinet lighting, and disposal, etc. The kitchen is amazing! Iwona took time to meet Lowe's when they delivered the appliances. She sent pictures while they were installing. Pavel redesigned a very tiny shower for us - we feel it is now the nicest shower in the place! He tiled this and another shower and replaced 2 acrylic tubs (one is a 6 ft. soaker tub!). They are beautiful! New toilets, vanities, countertops, lighting fixtures and framed mirrors complete the look in all 3 bathrooms! Replaced all the doorknobs, and electrical plates, so they would all match. Installed towel racks, hooks, and shelves in bathrooms. They truly did everything and anything you can think of! Our building manager made a point to tell us that Coastal Home Renovations was one of the best contractors he had ever had working in the building - they followed the rules, kept everything clean, and he never had a complaint. This is a great comfort since we were out of town and had no idea what was going on day to day! Most impressive was they did this complete remodel in under 4 months - completed everything on the our original wishlist, including the changes.

We love the kitchen project that Coastal designed and installed. They brought some great concepts to the layout that we never would of thought of. We are looking forward to our next project, our Master bath. Very personable and professional.

We decided to use Coastal Home Renovations as it was a median cost solution with great reviews about the quality of their work and beautiful design ideas. Their prices were actually reasonable for the high quality or their workmanship. They worked directly with us and offered excellent design ideas and options and explained everything in great detail that we could understand. There were so many directions we could have gone but ultimately came out with an amazing kitchen of our dreams. The cabinet installation was impressive to watch as it went in so smoothly and any issues with the delivery of all the pieces was corrected as quickly as possible. On our master shower they were able to restructure the bathroom and install an extra large, all tile shower with a one-of-a-kind mosaic design on the walls using tiles we picked out. It looks amazing and it is a jewel of our home that we really love to show-off to friends who visit. Coastal Home was able to adjust their timelines to complete the projects quickly with very little, if any, delays in installation. Their communication was prompt and very professional. There was an ease in all the processes as they explained each step and our questions were answered in layman's terms.
