From start to finish, had a great experience with Classico. Professional, prompt, on budget, on time (literally delivered the four month project on the day they promised.) We never had an issue of wondering where they were or what was next. We have recommended them to other friends and to neighbors in our building who have used them and liked them. We plan to continue to use them for any projects we may decide to do in the future.

Classico Construction provided a gut renovation of our 2000 square foot apartment. They were very professional, collaborative, knowledgeable and timely. They worked effectively with our building management, efficiently obtained permissions and permits, and worked seamlessly with the consulting engineer and architect while remaining in constant communication with our designer. They were very knowledgable and experienced, often providing good solutions to structural and design challenges. They adhered to our budget - the job came in on budget without costly add ons. Lastly, they were committed to our project - to create our dream apartment which we will enjoy for many years.

I chose Classico Construction over 6 other contractors I interviewed in part because they did major renovation in an apartment my Manhattan building and I was able to see the apartment they worked on and speak to the clients who were very complimentary and pleased --- their work was outstanding! The work in my apartment entailed removing door frames (iron), replacing all my doors, removing and replacing floor boards, installing crown molding, electrical work and rewiring my apartment, including putting lighting in my closets and putting all wiring inside the walls. Their knowledge and advice was excellent, they were patient and met my deadlines and always worked within budget. They had ample workers in the apartment renovating, and they were respectful and careful. If I felt any work needed to be adjusted, it was immediately taken care of. At one point I decided towards the end of the project that I wanted additional work done, and even though it added time to their schedule, and they another major renovation project scheduled after mine, they were kind enough to agree to do it and at a reasonable rate. The owners are a husband and wife team, which is wonderful as they don't farm out their work,, they don't farm out their work, and they really care. Their office is staffed by a very nice, helpful and efficient woman who guided me through ordering hardware, doors and other materials I needed for the renovation. I would definitely use them again, in fact I plan to do so for some additional work I would like done. Thanks to Classico, my apartment looks fantastic, I am constantly receiving compliments. I recommend them highly!!

Classico was easy to work with and very on top of the job. The combination of Donna and Javier helping me really made the final outcome of my apartment special. They have wonderful relationships with other professionals in the business that helped me to pick out material and get quality upscale product and fair prices. Javier's ability to develop custom built ins was great. I used Houzz for my vision and he made it come to life. I highly recommend Classico for your next project!

I am an architect/designer in New York and have worked with Classico Construction for over 4 years now. Each project we have collaborated on has been successful. Classico's team understands my design intention, the client's needs and is able to bring work within the given budgets. I would highly recommend them.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Everything was done well! I never had to comment" what about this?" and I am very particular!! Lines were straight! I was able to rely on their arriving on time, getting projects done on time and helping me choose appropriate and lovely materials. They did my entire house after pipes burst. They were able to complete the job within insurance budgets unless I added projects. They were reasonable in price. Best of all, they are very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I always knew where they were on the project and always received calls back! I would hire them again without any hesitation.

Fabulous work on comlex tiling and cabinerty. Classico did my kitchen, my bath and my bedroom. It involved hand made cabinetry, furniture refurbishment and staining, mosaic tiling, and they coordinate across the decorator, electricians, plumbers and got it all done in a quite a reasonable amount of time and in line with our schedule. Best of all, they just do great work.

I worked with Classico on a full renovation of a loft space in a historic building in Manhattan's Flatiron District. They were everything you could wish for in a general contractor. Not only were they always on time and on budget, but the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail were superb. They were responsive, professional and proactive at every stage of the project.
