We had a pool installed by Cincinnati Pool Professionals in August of 2015. Mark showed up for our first meeting right on time and in uniform and was very professional, a complete contrast to the other four pool builders we interviewed. We have a large, steep grade right behind our house, and all the other pool builders we interviewed quoted $50,000 or higher and advised that we had to have a large retaining wall. When we asked them all if we could go with a smaller pool to avoid the wall and stay within our firm $40,000 all-in budget, they never returned any of our emails or phone calls. But Mark and Joe worked to come up with different ideas and strategies to make our dream of owning a pool a reality. Two summers later, we could not be happier!
