Southern Charm Pools will be more than your pool builder, they become your friends. I wish I would’ve kept a journal for every amazing response and the day to day to share, because I feel like I am going to leave some amazing high points out. We had 4 other highly rated pool companies come to give us a quote and discuss pools with us. The other companies did not listen to what we wanted nor take into consideration the look of our home and backyard, with their total time spent being around 15 mins. Their quotes outrageous and designs sub-par. Chris (the owner) came out to meet with us, spent well over an 1.5hrs answering all questions, came up with great ideas based off our landscape and Feng sui of our home. Once he left, we knew immediately, without even knowing our quote that we would be going with Southern Charm Pool. We felt 100% comfortable and already trusted him. Once we got our quote back and design, its exactly what we had envisioned for our home. He even took into consideration that we have 3 boys that would be daredevils and made sure that depth of diving/jumping angels etc. would be safe. There was someone on site daily to make sure construction was going as expected. Given checked in and let us know every step or what was next and when it would start. Everyone was very responsive. Over the process of excavation and building we hit a few obstacles on our end, I wanted to cry and stop the project, but Chris and his team ensured us that it would be fine, and it was!! I honestly do not know if another company would’ve been able to pull it off, like Southern Charm did. With many rain days and extra excavation days, they still managed to finish before 6 weeks!! This team and every crew they have are phenomenal and trustworthy. Beth, Mary, Holly, Chris, Traci and Given y’all are amazing!!! Southern Charm Pools goes the extra mile and is very detailed oriented. I will be recommending this company to everyone and if you are reading this please do NOT hesitate, THIS IS THE POOL COMPANY FOR YOU!

I've been meaning to write a review for Southern Charm Pools, but I've been too busy enjoying my new pool this summer to take a break and really give this review the time it deserves. We choose to work with SCP from the beginning after hearing about the great experience that friends' had building their pools. Working with Chris and Beth and Traci was fantastic and they exceeded all hopes--which were high based on the recommendations of others. They were very clear about expectations with costs, timeline, level of noise, etc. They were extremely patient with my nit-picking and mind-changing. They were always quick to answer phone calls/texts. The crews that came were thorough and clean. All in, It only took 5 weeks from dig to swim. As pleased as I am with the customer service aspect of the company, it pales in comparison to how I feel about the finished product. We are THRILLED with our pool. I am particular and had a lot of ideas about what I wanted when we started the design process, and Chris was able to use his expertise to help guide me to choosing things that I never even thought about (an umbrella hole on the tanning ledge, anchor points for a volleyball net, umbrella holes all over the stamped concrete deck, changing the maximum depth to 5 and a half feet). The pool is better than I could have ever imagined! I don't plan on moving in the near future, but if I did, I'd move somewhere where I could have them build another pool.

Southern Charm Pools is a great company to work with. Chris is very knowledgeable in every process and will go the extra mile to make the construction process as smooth as possible. Chris also provides quick responses and is easy to get in touch with. Would highly recommend for any pool or construction needed.

It took only 25 days from start to finish to complete our pool, which is pretty amazing, but these guys showed up at 6am and didn't leave sometimes until 9pm. That mirrors my work ethic, so it was a pleasant surprise! We couldn't be happier with Southern Charm Pools. The communication, knowledge, & attention to detail were top notch. I HIGHLY recommend them if you're considering putting a pool in. The follow-up has been great, too. They check in on a regular basis to make sure we're happy with our pool and satisfied with how everything is working. 5 stars for sure!
