We were very disappointed with this company. The stripping they did at our place was mostly really good, but the area where we are laying bamboo flooring was not done well at all, and when we sent them photos and called to see if they would fix it - they were not at all professional and refused to do anything. We have had to employ another company to complete to job which is now great, but we were so shocked that the follow up was so poor
