As a Custom Home Builder, we have worked with Chadd on several different projects. He was always very professional, listened to what our clients wants, needs and budgets were and we were more than satisfied every time. Very accommodating at understanding time constraints for some of our clients and was always willing to get the job done not only on time but usually ahead of schedule. I would work with him again anytime!

I have used Chadd on multiple home remodeling projects. I find his professionalism and attention to detail to be top notch. He takes the time and effort to meet with you and discuss your vision and then is able to put that into a tangle plan set that a contractor is able to build from.

Chadd helped me and my wife design our existing farm house that has been in my family since 1924. He was excellent in giving us ideas to our existing drawings and thoughts. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. We would recommend him very highly to anyone who is remodeling an existing house.
