Ceci did an incredible job getting my Siesta Key home ready for sale. We used not only items already in the home but purchased new linens and accessories for each room, very economically. Our timeframe was very short but Ceci was able to stay focused and used her design skills in a very efficient manner with a "can-do" attitude. Over the past several years, I have hired Cecily to not only help stage my clients homes before putting them on the market but also to stage my own. Her transformations are truly incredible and her eye for color, placement, and pulling a room together is the best in the business. Cecily makes use of what the homeowner has which is wonderful but she also has great sources should things need to be added. By moving furniture, grouping artwork, stacking books, or even folding bath towels and bed linens properly, each room is completely "finished" and show ready once she leaves. I have use Ceci both personally and professionally. As the owner of a vacation rental firm with over 55 houses, Ceci was my "go to" person for staging our photo shoots for all our properties. She was reliable, professional and the homes always looked fantastic! She has a great eye for making rooms just pop and and look inviting. Our website and property photos are our product, and the homes she staged looked so much better than the ones that were not staged, we invested in going back to redo all the homes! I also appreciated how quickly she was able to pull a shoot together for us, and how much attention to detail she had for things that others may not see. Cecily started doing a little staging for a small number of Realtors in our office a few years ago. By the time she moved last fall she immensely popular and had to turn business away. She is talented, energetic, resourceful. The very last job she worked on for me was not my listing. However, I had sold this lady and her husband a home in our area and it was contingent upon the sale of that home. They had 20+ showings and no offers over the course of 3 months. I called Cecily and she went in to action - she looked at the house on line, we visited the home and spent about 6 hours there, staging and getting rid of things. The house had two more showings in a week and an offer within 10 days. I was convinced the offer would have come quicker had Cecily staged it in the first place. . Ceci knows how to talk to clients and handle the sensitive nature of staging. She has a wonderful eye for color and detail and is truly gifted as a decorator also.
