Closet Factory has been designing and installing complete home & office storage solutions for over 30 years. We are the CUSTOM STORAGE SOLUTION AUTHORITY. Locally, Closet Factory Cleveland has had the same owners for 20 years -- longer than any other closet company in the Cleveland area! We are well respected in the interior design and builder community and frequently work in collaboration with professional trades on residential and commercial projects. Closet Factory's entire staff, from our Designers and Installers to our office and production employees strive to exceed your expectations. We called on Cindy Coulter's services twice and each time was a great experience. Cindy is very professional and very respectful of our time slots for appointments. Cindy was very knowledgable about the products and after listening to our needs was able to create a product exclusive to what we were looking for to get better organized. She met all of the expected deadlines.

Cindy is a treat to work with to design your closets! She helped me design my kitchen pantry and five bedroom closets including my 20 ft closet. I have been and am still thrilled with each of them. Cindy does a great job helping you achieve your goals.

Back in late 2015, I dropped into the showroom and office at Closet Factory. Cindy greeted me and showed me the kind of closet work and specialty work they could do on a room under construction. I gave her the plans of the house to give us a possible quote. Cindy was very enthusiastic about the projects. The work included a large master closet, a large office closet, a bathroom closet, and a pantry. The original plans for the house were very basic shelving. Cindy is an excellent designer and knows her stuff. She came to our old house to show us the plans. We signed contracts and the timing before moving in the house in May, 2016 was "right on". In the summer, we added two matching custom book-display shelving for the great room. Again, it was perfect. The installers were wonderful, too.

Cindy designed our closet around our clothes. It's the best way to get the perfect amount of closet space to meet your needs. The closet was installed quickly and professionally. We're very happy with our closet.

The closet we had is overpriced with the quality provided. The materials bring moths to our closet, so our sweaters and cotton sweatshirt also had holes after the closet installed. I definitely will not recommend this contractor.

I walked into the showroom with basic ideas of what I wanted for bookcases, window seat, bureau, and desk for my son's very tight bedroom. Cindy walked me through the showroom and asked questions and made appropriate suggestions. I later returned with my husband and son to finalize our decision. Cindy was very helpful in guiding us and keeping us on track and within budget, making sure we were going to be pleased with the outcome. She also did a site visit which was very productive. We love how the room turned out!

Together we created a great space for her son's room. This is constructed of Antique White melamine with a laminate top for the desk and above the drawers. The window seat provides added storage. Add a cushion and it's a great spot to read a book! We also discussed adding upper cabinets or shelves over the desk, but for now decided to keep it open for posters or other artwork.
