About Us

Originally, CBC was founded as a specialty builder, building churches (Church Building Contractors) in Michigan for a variety of Christian denominations. After relocating to Arizona and building and remodeling churches in the valley, we found our new passion in the luxury home market, and have been building custom luxury homes in the Phoenix valley for over seventeen years. Presently building custom homes in the Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club in Gold Canyon. Your plans or ours, your lot or ours, we are here for you. We have been in our new home just over a year and thanks to CBC it has been a great experience. Vince is very responsive and his quality of construction is great. He completed the project in a timely manner without major complication.

Vince Stark did a tremendous job in helping us design and build our new home. His knowledge and quality of work far exceeded our expectations. We were absent during a lot of the building process and Vince just took care of things like it was his own. Very rewarding experience!

CBC built our dream house for us in 2017. Vince Stark, owner of CBC was involved in every detail from recommending the architect, helping us choose the ideal lot and making helpful suggestions at every phase of the project. He has experienced and reliable subs and closely manages the project, delivering our 4300 square foot home on budget and on time, 7 months after breaking ground. Vince helped us choose materials, explaining the pros and cons of various choices, and helped design choices and color selection. He was on-site regularly and always available on his cell phone. I have recommended him to friends as a professional they can depend on for a stress-free building or remodeling project

Vince helped us redo a kitchen and master bath. The project was done on the time schedule he provided, and costs were well communicated throughout the process. When I changed my mind on designs, he worked with us patiently and helped make it happen. When we had concerns about one of the contractors Vince addressed and resolved the problem immediately. He ensured the project was 100% complete- down to the last outlet cover. We were thrilled with the final project and would highly recommend his work.

We chose CBC, Inc. for the remodel of our home. Vince Stark was very professional and went above and beyond in working with us. He was always reachable via phone call, email, or text. All of his crew were very polite, friendly, and did quality work. We would highly recommend CBC, Inc. for anyone building a new home or doing renovations.

Vince Stark at CBC Construction was amazing to work with!!! The whole process just went the way that it was supposed to go.. From a great proposal, to staying on time, and finishing on budget.. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone who is thinking to doing a construction job big or small. Thanks again Vince!!

CBC Construction remodeled my kitchen, master bathroom, painted the outside of my house and did some miscellaneous repairs inside. The work was completed to my expectations and in a very timely manner. I would hire CBC Construction again and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Vince and his team are truly THE best Contractor company on this planet! No joke! He is always on time, courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgable, trustworthy, creative, clean, professional, hard working, affordable and LEGIT! He is the only contractor that I have ever know or heard of that when he promises a job is going to be done, IT WILL BE DONE! End of story. Everyone should hire Vince! If you don't, you are wasting your time AND money.
