A Family owned and operated business. Local Staircase company. Located in Matthews. Serving the professional needs for Clients from the Custom Home Builder to Remodeling contractors to Homeowners.

Services Provided

We provide a turn key solution to stair cases to stair rail, to baluster replacement to custom building of whatever your needs might be. We also do trim to makeover your beautiful home. We will work with you on design issues to allow you to make your staircase the focal point of your home and the nicest piece of furniture in your home.

Serving all of Charlotte NC and surrounding areas to Union County NC and Lake Norman and Cabarrus County and Gaston County areas and some South Carolina areas.

I don’t know about the quality of work Carolina Stair does on stairs but I would definitely not recommend them if they say they can refinish your hardwood floors. The original work looked good until the glue they used to stop some squeaking areas started lifting some planks. Instead of refinishing the entire floor like they should have done, Trey Tinch told me they could do the repair, match the stain and the poly finish would eventually fade to match the rest of the floors. Wrong! 2 years later, I still have a shiny runway that runs from my living area, down the hall and into my bedroom. My advice-Get a reputable company that stands by their work and does things the right way the first time so you won’t be disappointed.
