B&W ON-SITE LLC- Spokane Septic System Design

Mid Friday afternoon, after removing the lid to clean the septic filter in tank two of a three tank pressure mound system, I noticed the fluid level was very high. I removed the number three tank lid and saw the same high fluid level and no visible floats. Not a good situation. I immediately checked the control box and initiated a manual pump cycle. Upon calling my normal septic service and finding them closed for the weekend, I phoned Spokane Septic Design and left a message. They returned my call within half an hour and via phone guided me through an analysis of the problem and corrective procedures. It worked. I truly appreciate the time and expertise of these individuals, as it saved me from a very frustrating weekend. Plus, they charged zero!
