Bruce really amazes me. I have known him for about 15 years. Within that time we have completed 4-5 transactions in which he acted as realtor for my husband and I. Real estate is competitive in my city and he has always performed assertively and effectively on our behalf. We have always felt safe and informed when he was acting as our agent. He works late into the night and makes sure every detail is checked and double-checked. He returns phone calls in about 3 minutes. I 've timed him, three minutes every time. He is just a hard-working guy, really feels like there is two of him. I couldn't recommend him more as a realtor. One more thing...he has sent me a birthday and anniversary card every year for fifteen years, never misses a beat. If that is not customer service than I don't know what is.
