Brick Paver Group

I was very hesitate in doing the Driveway since it really expensive, but with the help of Nathalie and Manny it all was really smooth. I really enjoyed the process and would recommend anyone in the Dade County Area to use Brick Paver Group.

Poor installation and terrible customer service. I hired Brick Paver Group to install an outdoor brick patio, but shortly after paying them for the installation, I noticed many areas were not actually leveled. There was a few hills and dips that made the floor a bit unsafe. I also noticed that all the concrete they put around the edges were starting to break and we’re now sinking along the edges, making it very unsafe to walk on as well. So I did what anyone else would do, I notified the company and asked to have it fixed. They said they would, but then they never got back to me with a date for repairs. So I contacted them again, but didn’t hear from them for a while. I kept calling and emailing, but at some point they just stopped responding. It’s been months now without any response and now I have to hire another company to fix this before someone gets hurt. They did the job fairly quickly, sure, but that’s only because they did a terrible job. I highly recommend looking for someone else for any brick paving relating projects.

Terrible. There are waves in the pavers because they are uneven, workers do not speak any English at all - not even enough for basic communication and therefore a translator is required. There are lots of paving contractors out there and you should do yourself a favor and deal with another one. This place is unprofessional and does lousy work.
