Brenda and I have completed several renovation and new construction projects in Santa Fe, Austin, and Mexico. Working with Bill Roth of Modern Design+Construction on our latest remodel has been a pleasure. Bill has helped us stay within our budget while keeping everything on track. We've been impressed with the quality of his subcontractors and are very happy with the results. We're planning to use Bill and his crew on our next project.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that Bill gave to our garage conversion project. He designs amazing homes from scratch and yet was very excited to work with us and our budget to convert our garage to a living space for our growing family. He has assembled a stellar cast of contractors who were quick, respectful, showed up on time, did really great work and were just very pleasant to have around. We LOVE our new space and can not recommend Bill and his team enough.

I bought a house in South Capitol that needed updating. Bill showed up with his crew before the inspection deadline and gave me an estimate. I bought the house knowing what the cost would be to repair it. Bill communicated with me throughout the entire project and was available by phone, text, or email whenever I needed something. There were no major problems with the project, and the few small glitches were quickly resolved. Everything was completed promptly and within my budget. I would recommend Bill without hesitation to anyone looking for a contractor.

We hired Modern Design+Construction, Inc. for our design/build green build home. Bill was great to work with from start to finish (and beyond finish too!). He spent many hours spread over many visits to nail down the design. It was a wonderfully collaborative process and he has a real eye for design and a vast knowledge of green building techniques. The build proceeded over the winter and was relatively smooth. He finished the project on budget and on time. The home is certified BGNM Gold without a PV system. At the end of our build, Bill entered the home into the Parade of Homes in Santa Fe, and won awards for Best Kitchen (design award) and Best Water Use (Green building award) in our home's class.

Bill Roth and his affiliates built a fabulous sunroom addition to our home, and we couldn't be happier. He really worked with us to maximize our goals, helped with design and finishes, and then created our dream room. They had to work through the winter, but they were very respectful to our property and kept the place tidy. His crews were perfect gentlemen and showed a caring attitude (as well as excellent skills) that my wife found really comforting. Bill is an honest and forthright contractor that we recommend highly.
