About Us

Winner of Best of Houzz 2015 and 2016 award!!! I am Brandon Gaidano, Owner/Operator of Gaidano Renovations & Remodels. We are a small unique full-service residential remodeling company serving the Orange County area. We offers our clients a full range of services from simple repairs to complete home remodeling. We can help at any stage of your project, design to completion. We aim to exceed customers’ expectations by being professional yet friendly, and pride ourselves on trust, integrity, commitment to detail and respect for our customers' need. This has earned us our great reputation and confidence from our customers. Flooring, painting, cabinets, trimwork, drywall, electrical, plumbing, we do it all. 90% of all work is done by myself and my team. I sub out as little as possible and I have a long standing relationship with the subs I do work with. I, Brandon, am always your main point of contact so please call or email me anytime.

Brandon Gaidano and his team remodeled our kitchen, as well as bedroom, office and soon, our guest bathroom. Brandon is very attentive and goes above and beyond in service. We will recommend Gaidano Renovations to our neighbors and friends.

I have worked with Gaidano Renovations numerous times and have always found the work to be top notch. Brandon is thorough, honest and very knowledgeable. He does exactly what he commits to and I have recommended him without any hesitation to friends and family several times and they too had great results and experiences.

Over the years, Brandon has done many projects for us from putting in our home's floors and remodeling a couple of our rooms to completely remodeling two of our rental's kitchens and then gutting and remodeling an entire rental house, which by the way looks so awesome now, I want to live there when I'm so old I can't walk up my stairs! : ) I have always know him to be efficient, problem-solving, creative, and competent. He is also honest, extremely hard-working, kind, and a pleasure to work with. He probably has pictures of the re-model he did, but I don't know how to put it here.

The thought of remodeling or anything construction related terrifies me. Two reasons. One, I hate to haggle. Two. I always feel like I'm going to be cheated because of 1. Brandon has restored my faith in construction humanity and in my ability to work with contractors. As long as he is remodeling. He's got a customer and friend in me. PS. His work is immaculate.

Project: Kitchen + 2 Bathrooms Brandon and his crew transformed our outdated kitchen into a beautifully modern/classic dream. When we shared photos and ideas of the concept we had in mind, Brandon was very receptive and provided tips that would help us save money. He was also very knowledgeable about flooring, types of granite that would suit our design aesthetic best, and how to use space efficiently. We ended up including our two bathrooms in the remodel as well, and we couldn't be happier. They came to work on time and cleaned up after themselves when they left for the day. Brandon was even courteous to our neighbors needs (they recently had a baby and needed quiet times for naps, etc) and dealt with them directly to keep the peace. A complete pleasure to work with! We will continue to recommend him to our family and friends!
