What an easy project my bathroom upgrade became all because of Jennifer and Burke. I really did not know what I wanted or how to go about accomplishing the remodel. They "Held My Hand" and guided me through determining my vision for the outcome. With their expertise, they quickly determined my interest and accompanied me on the material selection trips. They were patient and made me feel my small job was of great importance to them. I had a 1000 questions and they were always available and eager to assist.

A complete remodel of our living room, dining room, kitchen in an open floor plan. Our contractor recommended Bend Design Center for the kitchen cabinets and we were not disappointed. We thought we were just getting a cabinet design/reseller but they performed beyond our expectations by immediately considering the "bigger picture". In the initial consultation they recommended that we extend an existing wall for better flow and to add an extra closet/storage area to the plan. Their advice greatly improved the usability and value of the final larger room design. When it came to the kitchen design, they did a great job in listening to our wants/needs, designing the perfect cabinet layout, and helping us with our choice of wood flooring, counter tops, wall tiling, cabinets and pulls. And we never felt like they were pressuring us to spend more money or going higher end than we wanted. We felt heard and valued throughout the process. When any problems arose during the project (and they always do) they were handled professionally and quickly. In short, good people who seem to really care about their customers. We are so glad we found them and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

We were sent email drawings to verify that the cabinetry for our new home was correct. When I went to place the order, I didn't immediately notice that a bank of drawers had been changed to a cabinet. I contacted BDC within a few days (before the cabinets were built, and as soon as I noticed the discrepancy.) Their solution was that I should simply order the drawers which I originally thought I was getting (and admitted they were making a profit on the extra cabinetry.) When I declined, it was suggested I order pull-out shelves instead. I will now have to live with the wrong cabinet because of Jennifer's error. I am very sorry we chose to work with this company.

There are multiple changes that are made to a cabinet design/floor plan to complete the finish product, which needs to be confirmed in the end. This is a very clear picture of the importance for the homeowner and/or contractor to pay close attention to the end design when ordering with any company they are working with. I am sorry to hear Mrs
Stealy, of your disappointment. Our policy is that the customer goes over every elevation drawing of each wall and signs the elevation drawings to approve and ensure that this is what the client is wanting/ordering. This ensures us, that this is the design the client is wanting and gives the client the chance to make any changes they see needed. The elevations were viewed and signed by you. There was no issue at the time of signing. Had the three drawer cabinet issue been brought to my attention in a time frame that I could have had corrected it, I would have kindly done so. Unfortunately, the cabinet order had already gone into production and I was not able to change the cabinet. The option of getting a replacement cabinet was offered at cost. We truly wish this was corrected at the time we went over the design or within the few days we had the chance to change it. Best to you and your family.

We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer on our major kitchen remodel last spring/summer. She came highly recommended and worked closely with our contractor, Kyle, from VIP Remodeling (also highly recommended)!. Jennifer and Kyle came to our house, took measurements and she immediately began visualizing the layout for our new kitchen. Within a couple of days, we had blueprints that showed the new layout. Jennifer worked with us on a few changes and was always very responsive. When the time came, she helped us choose and order our kitchen cabinets and provided us with recommendations for countertops and flooring. When our cupboards came in, two of them were damaged. I sent Jennifer an email and she immediately ordered replacements which we received within two weeks. During this entire process, my husband and I were living in another state and amazingly our remodel could not have went any smoother. I highly recommend Jennifer for any kitchen projects. She is professional, knowledgeable, talented and responsive. We absolutely love our kitchen and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined.

our project was for a relatively small kitchen remodel, but Jennifer handled it with the same consideration to detail as if it was a large one. She designed the space to maximize efficiency with ideas that only a professional with experience could inplement. I am totally satisfied with the results that BDC afforded us to reach our kitchen goals. There were some details with the cabinets themselves, but Jennifer and Burk were able to resolve.

I have very specific taste and had a very small space to work with. Jennifer found several errors in the first plans I had such as the dishwasher not being able to open due to the full sized refrigerator and the sink wasn't centered over the window. She listened to what I wanted and made the perfect suggestions. Jennifer worked really hard to keep us in our price range and to make sure the cabinets were delivered on time to meet the granite installation date. My kitchen is the most beautiful and functional kitchen I've ever been in, it's so open and beautiful it doesn't feel small at all. Jennifer is amazing!

I had the great pleasure of working with the Bend Design Center for the first time approximately a year ago. I had a project that needed immediate attention due to a tight schedule. I reached out to many of the custom cabinet companies in and around Central Oregon that I have used many times in the past, only to find that they were to busy to offer the service and attention they had once provided. Feeling frustrated by the lack of attention from the business I had supported for so many years, I was talking with a material supplier about my situation, they suggested I reach out to Jennifer and Burk of Bend Design Center. Thankfully I did, not only did they meet my critical timeline but they offered design suggestions that made all the difference. We have received more complements on that Kitchen design and the quality of the cabinets than any other that I have built or remodeled in my career. This is now the only place I recommend. Jennifer was very professional, fun and patient. We had many false starts due to my indecision on open shelves for the whole back wall. All the lowers are drawers which provide great storage for glassware, cookware, spices etc. Nothing pleases me more than a home for everything. I couldn't be happier with our creation!
