On 3/5/21, I ordered a $1,500 bed & received it a month later.It came damaged.The boxes were not damaged so it seems to have been damaged before shipping.I've spent the past month going around & around with the customer service staff & am not getting a resolution. I keep getting transferred from one success manager to another.Isabel told me she would stay with me until the issue got resolved but now the issue has been transferred again to another representative.They Ioffered $150 or a repairman to come out and fix.I told them the damage was way more than $150 & please send a repairman.Well they are having trouble finding one in my area that isn't going to charge more than the cost of the bed.Also, I am constantly having to email them for a follow up because even though they say they will keep me updated, they do not do that without prompting.I just want this $1,500 bed repaired so it doesn't look like it came from a dent & ding sale. And now that we finally started putting the bed together (lots of back and forth with the company hoping for a fair resolution, we are missing pieces!) This has been nothing short of a nightmare. I'm only attaching a few of the photos I have.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Chloe! She helped me resolve my ordering troubles and got me totally squared away! And it was complicated! Very impressed by the customer service level!

Just got off the phone with Rep Chloe from TVStandsOutlets and she was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and timely. Hopefully the delivery will be just as smooth and easy. Thanks Chloe, we appreciate your help and the discount you were able to provide which definitely helped with our decision. We are revamping our Office after 20 years so we're excited for the changes and Chloe made this part easier.

Pam was tremendous. It took a couple of hours to sort things out but, Pam stuck with me. She was very acccomodating, patient and put up with my sense of humor.

Great service. My only criticism was that there was some misinformation given about sales tax. The representative did not know that state sales taxes were often not collected when shipping out of state.
