We had a flood due to a water pipe leak in an adjoining wall in our townhouse. Curtis came over abdcfud as assessment of the damage and gave us alternatives with regard to restoration options. He also advised us to work with the flood damage people as they charged us insurance rates which were outrageous. I then took his advise and called other companies who deal with the immediate aftermath of water damage and was able to get the bill reduced significantly,. Curtis did an amazing job of reconstructing our walls and cabinets, painting the walls and getting the involved area ready to have new floors installed. His price was very competitive with other contractors but he did above and beyond what was needed and did it efficiently andvorrfect. There was never a mess left from one day to the next and he completed our job in 4 days.
