Aubrey was an easy and skilled designer to work with and the results were extraordinary. Aubrey took all of our suggestions but then used her training and experience on how good spaces function and look and presented us with a plan that was like nothing we had ever seen before. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Not only were the design elements functional and aesthetically beautiful but she made sure that they were also durable to stand up to the rigorous life of our family of 6. She produced a detailed plan that made it easy for our contractor and sub-contractors to translate into the finished product. She was readily available and she happily met with us and our crew to smooth over questions and problems that arose. I would recommend Aubrey to anyone looking to create stylish, functional space at any budget point.

Julie Wait Fryauf, ASID, with Julie Wait Designs, was recommended to us from University of Arkansas Architecture employees. Her professional experience with residential and commercial aspects is highly regarded in North West Arkansas and she has achieved many awards and honors. We needed a Design Consultant to work closely with our Mountain Craftsman builder and all our sub-contractors. Several of these sub-contractors were ones she recommended and we employed. Julie was exceptional with her deadlines, keeping us informed either with her professional board room presentations, e-mailing progress reports, contacting our builder or sub-contractors. Our project would not have been a success without her personal input, visitations at the building site and taking us to appointments to meet craftsmen and sub-contractors in the area to use for we were living both in Houston and Rogers, Arkansas. Our project has been challenging for the builder and Julie Wait Designs due to its complexity over two years and square footage over 6,000. The excavation of the land on Beaver Lake, small craftsmen carpenter crews delivered quality work and Julie Wait Designs accommodated all the unique time frames. Julie helped us redesign our blue prints we had purchased, worked closely with our builder, introduced us to unique local artisans for pottery sinks/ ironwork/ window treatments, ordered furniture, conferred with a patterned concrete stone company and assisted in ordering lighting for the home. Julie did the research, created designs and we approved selections. Julie and her company completed the ordering of items needed inside and outside of our beautiful home.

Julie is a top notch designer. She demonstrated great adeptness to figure out our taste and style and then design accordingly. She is current, relevant, and modern. She was timely with her work and very transparent with costs. Her completed work on our house was featured in AY magazine. I would not hesitate to use her again!

Julie has helped me with numerous design projects both in my private residence and my medical practice. She is creative, detailed, and very knowledgeable of local resources. It has felt collaborative and we have worked together to pull together unusual elements like a Fire Engine Red French Gas Range for my kitchen remodel. I purchased two large drawings while traveling and Julie very beautifully pulled these together in my guest bathroom remodel. Budgeting has been accurate and Julie has been extremely professional in all of our work together.
