I was referred to Atrium (Patrick) via a really good friend and used him initially to paint my house externally. His crew did a pretty descent job although I'm now still seeing some missing paint spots on my drive-way which Patrick did touch up a few weeks ago after doing my interior paint too. This is where it fell apart with Atrium. I agreed to have my interior painted in December after agreeing to the quote Patrick sent me. I paid him the deposit and they started work. I noticed that he sent only a team of two people to start painting and they hardly spoke any English.They started job without doing any patching, spackeling or any repairs which I spoke to Patrick about before signing contract. He agreed verbally after I walked through the house before the job commenced. Long story short, there were an abundance of issues and the painting they did was not good at all. Missed spots everywhere...no repairs done properly and sloppy work. I had a telephone conversation with Patrick and he told me it was not specified in contract even though we agreed verbally. He told me the repairs, spackling and texture issues were not part of job. Very shady business and no quality control. I will never ever recommend Patrick and Atrium to anyone and you need to be very careful using them. Please comb through the contract with a fine comb. Very dissatisfied!
