I’ve never posted a negative review about any vendor until now. I ordered a coffee table 29 days ago and their site showed expected production time 14-21 days. Our credit card was charged the day we ordered the table online. After waiting 3 weeks, we made numerous attempts to contact them by phone, text and email over a week’s time with no response. Their voicemail message says they will respond within 24 hours! We read so many great reviews and we were really excited to receive our table. What a disappointment – any communication would have been appreciated even if they advised it would take longer than promised. Very poor way to run a business.

We ordered a reclaimed wood coffee table with hairpin legs on Houzz and absolutely loved the craftsmanship and quality. We then contacted Curtis, the J W Atlas Wood Co. designer, through the website to customize a matching side table to specific size and height dimensions for our space. Thanks Curtis for the great furniture!

Thought I found by dream coffee table. Ordered in may and was charged $360. It is now July and no coffee table. Several attempts made to contact owner Curtis to rectify situation with no return calls. How does this company get 5 stars when owner ignores you? Unfournately will have to contact credit card company to get my money returned.

I had a fabulous experience ordering from JW Atlas Co. I ended up returning the item due to my ordering something smaller than I should have gotten. Curtis could not have been nicer. The piece I received was beautiful and well made. I was treated with respect when I decided to return it. Curtis worked with me and refunded my purchase in a timely manner. I look forward to ordering something else soon.
