L'entreprise a été créée par M.Marcel BESSONNEAU Père en 1965.
Déménagement de l'entreprise dans un atelier 3 fois plus grand à Bouchemaine au 1 er Avril 1993.
Reprise en 1994 par son fils Bruno après 15 ans en tant qu'ouvrier.
Actuellement l'entreprise comptes 5 salariés dont 1 apprenti, le chef d’entreprise et sa conjointe collaboratrice (comptabilité gestion, secrétariat).
