Artistic Marble and Granite Surfaces

Susan at Artistic Marble found the perfect island countertop for our new kitchen. We came to her unsure of what we wanted and she took the time to share her knowledge and ideas. Everything went smoothly from ordering and measuring to fabrication and installation. THANK YOU SUSAN!

I am very disappointed and upset with this company! I selected a beautiful slab of Quartzite and went to the showroom to place the template. I am very picky and moved the template twice to find the right spot for the largest section of the counter, which includes a cut out for the sink. I also have a 5 inch backsplash above the counter. Bottom line is the right side of the counter & sink has many markings or "fissures" and looks terrible. To make matters worse, the backsplash has what looks like 2 cracks in the same area. There were no fissures when I placed the template. Somehow it was moved. No one would have placed it showing theses lines despite what the company says. Sadly, I received more BS than I needed. Unfortunately every time I walk in the kitchen I get upset. I asked several people for their opinion and all agreed and said this would not be acceptable. The company offered to replace the backsplash but not the counter, but that may look worse since the slabs are newer and different lots. Sadly, I need to live with this, but I'm having difficulty because it's just wrong. Live and learn.......take pictures of your template!

I had a vision that I didn’t think anyone would understand! I wanted a nice rustic farm house look something dark but still some shades of why and gray-My vision was not only seen by this wonderful company, but when it was delivered it was more then what I expected! I am so glad I found artistic mare and granite, My granite was installed and looks amazing. I did not have any issues and the installers did an impeccable job installing and cleaning up. I was a pain picking out the granite but the staff went above and beyond on helping my picky self decide. I Highly recommend this company you will not be let down.

I remodeled may master bathroom in 2016 and Artistic Marble and Granite Surfaces fabricated the quartz countertop (double sink) for my vanity and the deck for my bathtub. They had such a large selection of sample from which to choose and I found this great quartz surface which was white with silver specks. The fabricators did an excellent job; and the installers did an excellent job, and they were so pleasant, neat and professional. Over the course of the past year I noticed a rusty-colored, gritty buildup at the edge of the sinks near the faucets. I tried many commercial products which were designed to clear up this problem; but I didn't have any success with any of them. So, I called Artistic Marble and Granite and asked if they could help. They sent 2 technicians to my home today; and these 2 technicians , Johnny and Daniel, remedied the problem in less than 1/2 hour. They explained to me that they used Pumice Hand Cleaner; and they showed me the container so that I could buy it for future cleaning of my countertop. They were so helpful and pleasant and professional and neat; and they gave me some tips for keeping my countertop looking great in the future. I highly recommend Artistic Marble and Granite to anyone remodeling a bathroom or kitchen.

W were renovating our home these past 8 months; gutting whole sections and doing an addition. My kitchen cabinets are a stunning color but finding the perfect counter took me all over Bergen,Passaic and Hudson Counties. I wanted Marble but it had to be the perfect one. A friend suggested Artistic Marble and Tile in Hawthorne NJ. I would still be looking for that perfect Marble had I not gone there. I walked into the showroom, saw my Marble and the deal was done. Everyone at Artistic Marble listened to me, was thoughtful and through and made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. My kitchen is not fully finished but my counters and island are drop dead gorgeous! Do yourself a favor and go there. They are a cut above everyone else.

The selection of granite and marble is the best i've seen and i traveled to 10 different shops before choosing them. "E" did an excellent job in fabricating the granite and providing me with a sample so I could coordinate the rest of the kitchen to highlight the colors of the granite. Our quartzite countertop was both well-designed, and superbly installed by Artistic Marble and granite. We are very pleased with their entire operation. Our order was handled in a first-class manner by Sue. She was very helpful in guiding us through the selection process, and made certain that our installation was prompt. The installer was an expert. Artistic did a wonderful job through the entire process. The selection was great but also the guidance and advice I received was spot on. The office staff led by Shiela was amazing. This was a small job and they made us feel like an important client. The installers were precise, neat and professional. They cleaned up after wards and I couldn't be happier with the installation.
