Artistic Concrete Service

It is unfortunate that things got to this review, things could have gotten resolved by simply keeping your word and completing the job. At first everything went great with Raul, he gave us great ideas, was good about responding, very punctual and stood by his word even when recognizing the mistakes that were made. Long story short, Raul is retired and only helping his son-in-law/Brandon with the business. Once this transitioned over to Brandon everything went downhill. Mistakes were not taken care of nor was the job complete. We are stuck with unpolished concrete at the front and back of our house. Communication stopped immediately after making payment - the typical Miami business model.

We hired this company to pour our pool deck. They seemed wonderful at first, personable, spent time answering questions. But when it came to the work, I was very disappointed. They forgot to pour a step that we discussed multiple times and then we had to wait and reach out multiple times to get them to come back and do that. The deck is pretty enough in the areas that don’t have cracks but we were told that the deck would not be slippery from the sealant but it is so slippery it is hard to walk on it if it is wet at all. There are also very large cracks that we were told cuts could be placed over to correct for the aesthetic and we have been reaching out for over two months to try and get them to come place the cuts and they have told us a number of times they would come repair that and help with the slippery surface and then do not show and stop answering. I hate to leave a bad review, unfortunately as they have stopped responding after giving an opportunity to repair the deck, they have not followed through.

Did my driveway and came out amazing- Raul Came out to our home and gave us great ideas and was so honest about what he thought and what was most cost efficient. I Look forward to what he comes up with for our backyard not only are they a concrete company but they're ideas turned around my home. Thank you to Raul and Brandon !
