We completely renovated a home that that was built in 1895 and is located on the ocean. The age and location of the house created a number of very challenging design and material challenges. Lauren from Arnold Lumber's Westerly Kitchen Design Center assisted us with the kitchen design & cabinetry. Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. During the process, we encountered many unanticipated construction issues that impacted the kitchen design. Lauren worked with the contractors to find a solution to every situation. Lauren managed the process until it was complete and we were 100% satisfied. We highly recommend Lauren.

We purchased our kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops from Arnold Lumber and were extremely pleased with the service and integrity of Arnold Lumber and in particular Lauren Burnap. We had some issues with the cabinets and Lauren and the representative from Diamond were quick to remedy it. Delivery dates for the cabinet and granite were right on time. I had a complete kitchen gut and remodel. I have never done this before so I was stressed! Lauren was incredible in helping me design and choose everything from top to bottom. She created the most stunning kitchen for me and all of my friends are so jealous! They were professional, timely, appropriately priced and top quality for all items. Lisa St George at the Wakefield location was instrumental in helping me renovate my very small kitchen. With her knowledge and input, I was able to make the absolute best use of space while not changing the footprint. When searching for products, she showed me how I could get a better quality of cabinet at a lower cost than the big box store! Delivery was timely, and when we found one was damaged, it was quickly replaced with no questions asked. Lisa herself came to my home and did the measurements, which helped when answering my many questions. I am happy to use local businesses and am extremely pleased with Lisa and Arnold Lumber.

Over the last year we redid our kitchen and most of our first floor. We used Arnold Lumber for all of our materials. We found the products to be high quality and the customer service to be excellent. The staff was knowledgable and very willing to offer ideas and suggestions. Meghan in the kitchen department was extremely helpful in listening to what we were looking for and helping us to create the kitchen we desired. Everything was done in a timely manner, which is so important in keeping the project moving along. It is wonderful to work with a local company that has been around for so long and clearly puts their customer's satisfaction first.

We had her do our kitchen for our beach house and it came out beautiful so now we are having her design our kitchen for our other home. Very trustworthy and stand up company and designer. I would highly recommend them for materials or supply needs and Lauren for a kitchen designer. Their customer service and experience is amazing.
