I was looking for a bench seat for two of my entry ways into my house. I wanted a specific size with shoe compartments and hooks for coats. I contacted Mark from Nordic Builders. He designed and built the benches I dreamed about. The details he brought forth were amazing that I didn’t think of. So very easy and pleasant to work with. I would definitely hire them for other projects. I have seen his work elsewhere and it is fantastic.

Arnie and Nordic Builders did a great job constructing a new deck. The project was high quality and on budget.

Arnie and his crew did an excellent job on our new home. We hired them to do some framing work on our new home and install exterior windows and doors. When we were ready, we had them come back out and install cabinets and trim the interior and build a custom cabinet and bench for our mudroom. Highly recommended company!

For anyone doing any kind of renovation or improvement, this is group you want to work with. We bought a home in Hudson and had a bunch of "projects" done by Arnie and his team. We had a utility room redone, shiplap walls, modern mid century railings and decor as well as an incredible custom bedroom wall done. We had incredibly tight timelines with painters and wood flooring. Nordic accommodated all of these challenges. Prices were more than reasonable and working with Arnie was simply a pleasure. We will be doing a major addition to the home shortly and will definitely be having these guys do the work. My wife and I had decided to move ahead with a long-overdue kitchen remodel once the kids left the nest. I wanted to do a lot of the work myself to stay on budget and save as many of the old cabinet boxes as I could. We had approached a few other contractors in the area and found them less than enthusiastic (even rude) about the DIY and patchwork cabinets. Arne never hesitated. He designed the perfect kitchen around my DIY using as many of the old boxes as we could, built new where we couldn't, new doors and drawers, giant book-end pantries...exactly as we envisioned. The work was done professionally and promptly. Anyone who's done these types of projects will tell you, there are always issues. The difference lies in how the contractor responds. Arne managed things to our satisfaction in a timely and highly professional manner. I highly recommend Nordic Builders; you're not just hiring a builder, you're hiring a man and Arne is a very good man!

We found Mark and his crew very professional. From the beginning to the end. We chose to do some of the demo ourselves. (never again) Mark was helpful in making sure we knew exactly what needed to be done. Did I mention never again!! We were always kept up to date and his crew were exceptional to work with. The contractors that Nordic Builders use are also very professional. Even if there was a glitch, it was resolved right away. We have no problem highly recommending Nordic Builders!

Working with Nordic Builders was great. We had a vague idea of what we wanted (combining front room with kitchen into one big kitchen/entertaining area), but struggled with some of the elements. Mark was patient, flexible, and willing to go back to the drawing board until we got a design we loved. Once the project started, it didn't take long to complete. They were careful about our cats and focussed on getting everything finished to our satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again.

Arne and his team are experienced, professional, builders who pride themselves in their workmanship and seeing a job done in a timely manner. They are very accommodating to the customer's ideas and wishes. They respond to calls and concerns in a timely manner. They make sure the job gets done and gets done to the customer's satisfaction. Arne is also a great resource for suggestions in color and design, while ultimately respecting the customer's wishes.

They listen to you and specify what they will do. They are prompt, timely and careful in there work and the craftsmanship is excellent.
