We have built six houses. Building this house with Ian/AR Homes was, by far, the best experience we’ve ever had!!! Living in Fl during the build added a layer of difficulty but Ian’s attentiveness and professionalism produced a beautiful home for us. Ian is honest, smart and knowledgeable. Our calls and concerns throughout the build were addressed immediately. The customer service post build is second to none. We had an amazing experience building with AR Homes. From concept to completion, Ian partnered with us to make our dream home a reality. His thoroughness and expectation for nothing but the best showed us that he was not just engaging with us as a builder - he truly cared that we received the best quality. AR Homes also had a unique feature which is not usually offered by many builders, and that is their in-house designer. -Shannon. Shannon helped us select every small element of out home. She would come prepared to every appointment with the selections we had made previously to ensure that our next set of selections would flow well. Without that help and insight, I'm not sure we could have achieved the look I had in mind! She understood our style preferences immediately and made suggestions accordingly. All in all, I would highly recommend AR Homes to build your home in Ohio. They go above and beyond in every aspect. I would also like to highlight that with them, you can rest assured for a responsive, engaged and caring partnership - not only during the building process, but even after sale. Ian, Mike and Shanon are wonderful to work with and made the building process enjoyable and stress free. Their attention to detail is amazing and they can build whatever you desire in a home on your lot. Ian and Shannon were SO patient and spent more than the expected time making sure things were right and to my parents liking. It was a difficult move/decision after living in the same house for 42 years but Ian and his team made the transition for my parents an enjoyable experience!

The process went much smoother than friends who had experiences with other companies, and the line of communication with the AR team was open and honest and we never went long without receiving an answer to any question we may have had. Shannon is a very talented designer with true vision and made us very comfortable during what could've been a very stressful and drawn-out selection process.
