This pool company is not interested in maintaining good relations with their customers. After calling and being promised service numerous times, it was days before anyone showed up. This is the second time this has happened. By the time they get here to clear up the problems, the pool is in such bad shape that you must start from scratch to get it back to swimming condition. Maybe that is the plan, since much chemical addition is needed and repeat visits to get the pool in good shape. Very disappointing and frustrating. This is after they have completely reworked the pool, including the base and new liner, new pump and extensive paving around the pool. A lot of dollars spent, with little or no desire to help in emergencies.
