I love shopping at Appalachian Flooring & Tile for my client's homes. They have a great showroom that offers the most up to date products available and the showroom is constantly growing. The owner's are great too and have a background in the construction industry. They can answer all the hard questions and are efficient when providing estimates and during the ordering process. I highly recommend them!

We contacted Appalachian Flooring and Tile to discuss shower tile and bathroom floor tile for our house constuction project. Brandi Burgess was very helpful. She answered our multitude of questions and was very gracious to us on our several follow up visits before we decided on the specific two porcelain tiles we purchased. The installer, Chris, did very nice work. We would highly recommend Appalachian Flooring and Tile.

My experience with Appalachian Flooring and Tile has been most positive. They truly listened, understood my taste, and went to extraordinary means to fulfill my every request. Building a custom home has it's challenges . . . matching marbles, selecting tiles, and sorting through hardwood flooring options can be overwhelming. They were there every step of the way. In addition to a fine selection of samples, they were happy to special ordered custom samples when requested. You will find them to be thorough, professional, and quick to respond. Equally important, their pricing was most competitive. It is rare to find a company so committed to customer service with a "can-do" attitude. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Photos of the finished product will be posted in April. I am beyond pleased!
