Anthony Medina is an excellent designer and project manager, I found Anthony online and wasn't expecting much, since my project wasn't a large scale project such as building a house or multi-level unit renovation. Most designers I contacted were either too busy or my project wasn't big for them to pursue, or never responded. I went to Anthony's website and send him a message for the scope of my project and Anthony responded same day wanting to know more about my project. Immediately, we connected on the phone and it was game over from there. He laid everything from his fees to the time it will take to get the design completion. Very transparent and easy to work with. He met all his deadlines and his communication was superb. I felt a load was lifted off my shoulder, since I was working with Anthony, stress free so to speak. He was able put my ideas on paper and couple weeks later I had a design which we love. He also laid out the next steps in the process. Needless to say the entire process from start to finish was smooth as it could be. Few weeks ago we received our permits from the city, and he was able to coordinate very quickly any requests that were made by the city and re-work as requested, again not effort on my part. In summary, Anthony Medina is very professional, excellent communicator, transparent on his fees and cost (very reasonable), easy to talk to and most importantly great designer. I would recommend Anthony to my family and friends.

Anthony has been instrumental in helping us to make our basement into a living space – not only by being a true partner and confidant, but also by being astute with his architectural knowledge and creative design. Anthony took time with me, I never felt rushed, and listened to my hopes and dreams and even my fears with regard to moving our project forward. I worked with Anthony on an addition legalization project with a view to use him again for a larger remodel project should all go well. Anthony was a pleasure to work with and was always available via phone, email and text. We did use him again for the larger remodel project, which has recently been approved by the city.

We hired Anthony to design a garage with upstairs granny unit after losing our garage in the Tubbs fire. He worked within our budget and delivered high-quality designs quickly that needed very little revision. He is thorough, responsive and creative. We were able to do all of our collaboration via phone and Skype. He only needed to visit the site once in the beginning. The only thing he could have done to make this excellent experience even better was communicate to us four weeks before he actually needed the civil and geotechnical engineers and the land surveyor. Due to the massive amount of rebuilds, it takes at least a month to get in the queue with these guys, so that cost us some time.

Tony made our vision come to life with his design! We are very happy with how everything turned out. We would definitely recommend him to all our family and friends, and hope to work with him again one day.

We are so happy with our remodeled home. Anthony took the time to make several visits to our home, listened to what we wanted, and provided us with plans ready for inspection and implementation. His transformation included the removal of a weight-bearing wall and provided us with an open space concept exactly how we wanted it. He clearly communicated the projected cost of the project and timely delivered plans as discussed. He also provided us with a virtual simulated design prior to completion, allowing feedback and enhancement. He is calm and thoughtful, yet extremely thorough. Tony was absolutely the best architect! He really took the time to understand our needs, and then he was very responsive through all of the twists and turns as we worked on the designs to figure out the best home for our family. He came up with amazing ideas, and his 3D modeling really helped us to visualize the home. I strongly recommend Tony for any project!

I called AMD to draft my ideas for a 593 sq ft addition. They replied quickly. They were very polite. Signed contract in February 2017. I received my permit to build June 2017.
