Since 1989, S.O.S. President Andrea Taylor Flairty has lived for moments that make a client’s face light up. We are the organizing experts with over 30 years of creating solutions to your clutter! Life long solutions that are a breeze to purchase and a pleasure to own. S.O.S. now serves hundreds of residential and commercial clients across Central Illinois. Service areas are roughly clustered within a 50-60 mile radius around the metropolitan areas of Bloomington, Champaign and Peoria.

Designed and installed highly functional and aesthetically pleasing wooden shelving closet system to replace wire racks. Owner, Andrea, and her staff extremely professional, tidy, and patient! Great team who knows what they are doing!

TOTALLY exceeded my expectations. Installed ahead of schedule. Cost was below several other bids. Very impressed with the quality. Installers were extremely professional and clean. Definitely will use them again !!

Second time we have done business with this company. We have been highly satisfied both times. Andrea helped us design our projects. We decided on a couple of changes and those were easily accomplished. Project completed within two weeks of the contract being signed. Carpenters are perfectionists.

Very happy with SOS on 2 bedrooms with desks and shelving installed to make effecient space for CDs, books, albums. 2000 to be exact. Also added cupboards and baskets with specially designed counter in laundry room. Very professional. I look forward to working with Andrea again. A design genius!!

If you are looking for customizable storage solutions, then go no further. We needed a standing desk/office space to fit in a closet space. SOS measured every detail and didn't waste a single inch. Andrea from SOS thought of every detail, including a sensor light for the workspace. We loved that we could see the 3D design images before making final decisions. You won't regret calling Andrea at SOS.

We hired SOS to install closets in 30 apartments in a building redevelopment. All of the closets had to be custom fit and we had an extremely tight schedule. SOS was wonderful to work with and the installations went perfectly. Our tenants love the closets and the attention to detail that SOS provided. We would highly recommend SOS and will definitely use them on future projects!

SOS is a dream to work with. This is the third time we have hired Andrea and her staff. They are professional and very thorough with the installation. I LOVE the cabinets & storage for my laundry room. Everything has its place & for the first time in my life I enjoy doing laundry!

Andrea and her team transformed our locker room which helps organize equipment and uniforms for over 200 athletes. From the design to demonstration all the way through the installation they were phenomenal experts and professionals. They helped us visualize the product before construction and kept in constant touch afterwards to ensure it exceeded expectations. We have been managing our equipment for 60 years and they brought new concepts and ideas to help make us more organized and efficient on busy practice and game days. We cannot recommend the SOS team highly enough!

Andrea was always prompt and designed exactly what I wanted. I love the fixtures - definitely high quality and will last for a long time. The installers were courteous, on time and cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend this group for your next project!

Andrea was totally awesome to work with. She provided me 3D drawings to start with and then we customized further from there. Her Team was on-time and worked all day on two areas (once closet and one kitchen pantry). I couldn't have been more pleased with either the professionalism or the completion of the job. I will definitely recommend SOS to others. Thank you!

Andrea at SOS was so pleasant to work with. We did 3 bedroom closets with her and she worked with me on design revisions until we had something I loved that also fit in the budget. Now I am using her for a couple more closets. She is responsive and creative and best off all, enjoys her job.
