Ms. Bloom expertly guided our fraternity housing corporation through the design of retrofits for required life-safety and ADA issues that included fire rating of stairwells and doors, as well as construction of a handicap accessible bedroom, bathroom, and external wheelchair ramp for our 18 bedroom structure. She further managed the remodeling of a large bathroom, and the replacement of over 40 windows and the deteriorating dining room floor. She served as construction manager and assisted in contract development and payment tracking. Ms. Bloom demonstrated a commendable grasp of the importance of clear communication with her client, construction contractors, and city code enforcement staff.

We hired Amy to turn our 1978 ranch house into a more modern masterpiece. She did a great job working with us and a very challenging GC as well. Her willingness to conform to our schedule and our own lack of decision making demonstrated her unwavering patience and flexibility. Her design sense matched ours and she was our first choice as an architect!
