Alwood are one of the few companies who still make bespoke furniture. Known for our quality as well as design we produce true one-off and exclusive kitchens and furniture. "Bespoke is not just Traditional!" Since 1933 Alwood have been at the fore of design and manufacturing making us the first kitchen manufacturer in the country, but also the most experienced, awarded and knowledgeable. Our skills are all in house with everyone from design, through the shop floor to fitters being highly accomplished in what they do.

Marie Moynihan

Very poor design service. The designer called to my home and promised a design and quote within one week. This never happened and when I tried to e mail got no response.

Dear Marie

I am terribly sorry to hear that you feel that you have received poor service – please be assured that is certainly not how we like any customer to feel.

Having traced back through our records, I understand that we advised an early August response – something that we actually improved upon as one of our design team called with you in July when the office and factory were actually closed for the summer break. Upon reopening of the office and factory, the designer was actually off on holiday hence the delay.

To help us improve on the customer service issue regarding your email, can you please advise as to when and who you sent your email to so that we can investigate this further.

I can appreciate your frustration and can only apologise that the proposed plans and quotations were not sent through within the time frame that you have indicated.
