Our story began in 1980 in downtown Toronto with one store and two employees, but over time we have grown our locations to include mid-town Toronto, Markham, Dundas, Barrie and Collingwood - with over 25 consultants! We selected Alleen to make the custom drapes for 2 bedrooms and our office. We were very pleased with one bedroom and the office, but the master bedroom and closet were an unmitigated disaster. They now want me to pay for their mistakes, saying the their labour charges have increased and expecting me to pay to replace the blind that never worked from the day it was installed and now will no longer match the drapes for the bedroom due to their poor guidance. I'm disappointed in their customer service, especially given how expensive this order was.

My experience with Alleens custom blinds was wonderful. The consultant was extremely knowledgeable and worked with me to stay within my budget. She provided me with a few options which made things easy to decide. The installation was very fast and he even was sure to ask which side I wanted pulleys on etc. The entire experience was professional from start to finish. highly recommend them.

Me and my wife had a very unpleasant experience with them. They charged us the half payment before doing anything and installed the wrong products. It takes them months to fix the problem and their service attitude is very bad. I wont recommend this company to anyone else.
