I have worked on several projects with Franco Albarran of Albarran Architects. Franco always does a fantastic job, and he fully supports working projects collaboratively. As a homebuilder, I can recommend Albarran Architects without reservation.

We are so glad we found Franco on Houzz for our back porch project! He responded right away to our inquiry and we met with him within the week. This was our first construction project and we appreciated his patience as he walked us through the process and what to expect, so there were no surprises. He answered any questions we had thoroughly. He and his team met or exceeded each deadline they set and they did fabulous work. We could not be happier - the space is even more beautiful than we imagined it would be! During the project, we experienced a few unexpected issues with delivery of specific parts we had ordered and some miscommunication with the independent installers we contracted with, but Franco and his team went above and beyond to assist and accommodate these delays. We will definitely use Franco again on any future projects!

We feel so fortunate to have worked with Franco on the completion of our new home. We especially appreciated how he listened to our wants and then found ways to incorporate those elements into his architectural design. It was a truly collaborative process. During both design and construction, he set clear expectations and guided us through the phases step by step, providing regular updates regarding timing of work, inspections, selections, etc. His team provided stellar workmanship and maintained great housekeeping and cleanliness - multiple neighbors thanked him for being mindful of the areas just beyond our fenceline. Designing and building a home takes a zillion decisions, yet Franco made the process manageable, and dare I say, easy, for us. This stemmed from his first-rate organization, attention to detail, and great communication skills. Albarran Architects has our highest recommendation!

Our new master suite is a contemporary oasis thanks to the architectural design and well-advised direction of Albarran Architects! We began an enjoyable journey with Franco in the Summer of 2016 to begin the space-saving design and reconfiguration of our master suite, guest bath, and major household plumbing updates. His design and creative planning allows us to now enjoy a bathroom with 10' ceilings complete with a skylight, a beautiful new custom Anderson French door from our bedroom to backyard, and a bedroom with a tray ceiling all in our 1960's home, just to name a few improvements. Prior to construction start-up, Franco aided us to Houston area partners that allowed us to select finishes within our tastes even when we didn't know what to ask for! During the process, we were made aware of all plans and updates weekly if not more frequently, and Franco was on-site daily to oversee the activity of our project. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the team, the respect for our home, and the care extended to our pets at times when we as homeowners could not be present. No review would accurately portray our appreciation to the Albarran team as well as our amazement to the enjoyment of our remodel even while living in the dwelling during construction. We're eager to work with Albarran team for future projects, needs, and remodel phases of our home in the future!

Franco was wonderful to work with. He designed our new kitchen and our master bathroom and his and her closets. Both are truly gorgeous. Working with him is a true pleasure. He is very detail oriented and is always available to answer questions and help solve any problems that come up. I cannot recommend him enough. I would definitely use him again - plus he's one of the nicest guys I know!

Franco designed our garage with apartment. He did a fantastic job and blended the new build with our existing home. His pricing was competitive and he delivered what he promised and then some. It was like having an agent on our side to assist and consult with. I would highly recommend him and his company without any hesitation.

If I could give Albarran Architects more than five stars, I would! Franco Albarran is creative, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. My remodel experience and the final product far exceeded all I had hoped for.

Franco designed our home from scratch and took what could have been an overwhelming process and helped us through it step by step. He did an outstanding job listening to the elements we wanted in a home and including them in the design. Ours was not an easy project--budget issues, compliance with rules for building in a flood way and picky clients (us!), just to name a few--but Franco handled each issue with ease. He is creative, skilled and extremely professional, on top of being friendly and easy to work with. He never had a problem meeting a deadline and actually got each step of his design work done ahead of schedule. We couldn't have asked for a better architect.

We have been working with Albarran Architects on what was first going to be a remodel and addition to our home, but has evolved into a full tear down and rebuild. Through all of our planning sessions, Franco has been patient and very knowledgeable in answering our questions. He has many years of experience with design and is very knowledgeable about construction, so he was able to incorporate all of our needs and wants into his design of our home. He has taken all of our suggestions and requirements into account in his design and has created what we think will be the perfect home to fit our family and lifestyle. I would highly recommend Albarran Architects to anyone looking for an experienced architect to design their home remodel or rebuild. He is honest, dependable, creative, and very knowledgeable.
