Thank you, Andrew and Kristina for making my vision a reality. Highly recommended AKL Improvement Services. They were amazing to deal with from start to finish. I knew immediately after talking to Kristina that my project is in very professional hands. I explained her my vision and ideas in detail. After few phone discussions, she designed the cupboards exactly as I had imagined. I was so concerned about the install day but Andrew was very accommodating. Highly professional and friendly. We are so fortunate to find this company. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for highly skilled and trustworthy cabinet makers!

I am so happy with my new kitchen and laundry. In spite of lockdowns and Christmas holidays Andrew and Kristina worked so well co-operatively to come up with the goods and keep it within budget. They were reliable and honest in spite of one or two delays so I always knew where I was at with the project. Their communication and encouragement was very good. My new kitchen and laundry are light and bright - such an improvement on my 40 year old ones! Liz

The Task: replace kitchen in a sizeable but constrained space based on the customer's ( our) design. Planning: AKL improved some design elements and provided a clear design and quote that they stuck to. Delivery: Andrew and the AKL team worked within constraints to deliver a quality, pleasing and workable result. Andrew and the team were constrained by Covid but worked safely, flexibly, and within the rules to complete the job. AKL were flexible with customer supplying some elements (appliances, bench top). Summary: AKL delivered a quality result, and attended to the details as well as the major components to produce a pleasing kitchen we are happy with.

For a long time we had thought about alterations to our kitchen bench to create more workspace but could not work our what to do. A neighbour suggested we contact Andrew and Kristina which we did and they provided an excellent solution for us. The work is completed now and we are delighted with the result. As we were so pleased we also ordered a bespoke sideboard which is great and now have ordered a matching bookcase.

**Brand New Kitchen works and laundry cabinetry** AKL- Andrew and Kristina were a delight to work with. We had many ideas and styles to add to our kitchen design and Andrew was very informative and knowledgeable, and Kristina was very prompt and concise with communication during our kitchen and laundry renovation journey. We’ve had fair bit of changes and additions along the way, and both Andrew and Kristina were very accommodating and always demonstrated perfect customer service to our requests and queries. We highly recommend AKL! You must have a chat with Kristina and Andrew if you’re thinking of a new project! Very happy and satisfied customer!

AKL Improvement Services carried out the construction of new cabinetry units to accommodate a new oven in the kitchen as well as managing the electrical works associated with the disconnection, rewiring and reconnection of the new oven including installation. The project was well managed, finished in an efficient and timely manner and the project manager Mr Andrew Laing provided me with consistent information on the status of the manufacture of the cabinets, as well as the accurate color matching of the timber to the existing kitchen cabinetry. I can strongly recommend AKL Improvement Services for the efficient and professional workmanship displayed for the design, construction and installation of the cabinetry.

AKL were recommended to us by our gas fitter. Andrew firstly fitted framing and board around our new heater. We requested him to manufacture and fit new cabinetry for both side of our heater Which he did. He followed our sketch designs along with some great ideas to make the job look complete and original. A great job in a timely manner.

We needed extra cupboards put in our kitchen and laundry and contacted our builder (Metricon) to see if they could assist, they supplied a contact that used to work for them, Craig, he turned out to be very unprofessional, only gave a verbal quote, and turned out to be very arrogant and rude when we tried to negotiate a better price as we thought he was to expensive (no reflection on Metricon by the way) We then contacted AKL, and WOW what a difference, professional and prompt service, professional drawings and written quote emailed through and a better price, and completed a great job, we are very happy. Andrew and Kristina were great, we will use them again for an outdoor kitchen project and highly recommend them to anyone.
